You just had a feeling something was going to happen. Once one team has edged ahead in this Test match the other has brought them back down to earth.

    Chase c Buttler b Archer 37 (WI 100-4)

Jofra Archer bowls an absolute cracker and England break up this partnership.

Archer bangs it in short, angled straight into Chase and cramps him for room. He gloves it at head height, the ball loops up and there is no way on earth Jos Buttler is going to drop that one.

There wasn't too much Chase could have done. The bounce came out of nowhere.

    Stunning delivery that. Excellent.

At the moment West Indies look incredibly comfortable but you just never know.

It is looking tough for England at the moment.

I'm not quite sure I'd agree that this is gone for England, Ross.

But I do agree that it is West Indies to lose.

But how many times have we seen a team going along so nicely in the final innings to then collapse? A lot can still happen.

Two from a Dom Bess over brings up the 100 for West Indies. They're halfway there.

At what point do you start getting nervous as a captain? 40 runs ago. This is West Indies' to lose now. It's gone for England.

So then, less than an hour now until tea (15:55 BST) - can England break up this partnership?

Jofra Archer is plugging away but West Indies are up to the challenge, taking another two from the over.

We wondered whether Blackwood would approach this innings in an aggressive manner but he's been calm and composed.

Ben Stokes' captaincy really being tested here in his first Test as skipper.

Dom Bess is first up after drinks and he reels Blackwood forward with a flighted delivery which strikes the batsman on the pad but outside the line of off stump.

Good over from Bess. Just the one from it.

Blackwood will be hoping to not repeat this from the first innings...

England need an angry Stokes. Does that take away from his captaincy? I would like to see Jimmy Anderson and Jos Buttler take over and let Stokes be himself.

"Keep coming, Jofra. Bang, bang! Bang, bang away!" Ben Stokes tries to provide the inspiration from gully.

Jofra Archer bangs it in short and wide and Jermaine Blackwood unleashes an uppercut Anthony Joshua would be proud of, the ball sent over backward point for four.

Five from the over. West Indies looking comfortable. Time for drinks.

The chase is on. West Indies seven down. Dropped catches. Run-out chances. Day five at a Test. It's all happening.

    You've missed this, haven't you?

Burns didn't get a hand on it. That is very strange.

Poor, poor fielding from England. Blackwood edges to gully and Rory Burns can't get his hands on a head-height grab.

    You have to take those!

Replays show it may have been a no-ball but nevertheless, sloppy from England.

If Crawley had picked it up cleanly he could have thrown to either end and it would have been a run-out.

Another chance goes begging for England! West Indies get away with it.

There I was saying how well these two are running between the wicket and right on cue there's a mix-up.

Chase and Blackwood almost end up at the same end. Zak Crawley in the covers doesn't pick up cleanly and the batsmen make it back to their crease.

I've just learned that it's Dan Lawrence's 23rd birthday. That explains something I saw in the hotel reception last night. Someone had delivered a home-baked cake, with a note saying 'Dan Lawrence's cake'. It looked chocolatey.

West Indies easily finding those singles down to long leg as Ben Stokes bowls full and angled into middle stump.

Chase and Blackwood are showing a good understanding as they sprint for two well-taken runs down to deep point.

Stokes ends with a bouncer to Blackwood and the pair exchange a few words.

This one is heating up in all kinds of ways.
