Assuming England win this Test, it will only be the fifth series in Test history in three or more matches where the team losing the toss has won every single match.

The sheets are going on so I presume that confirms lunch but David Milne is still refusing to put his brolly up.

The rain has already stopped but the big sheets have been put in place now so that will cause a bit of delay.

Could an early lunch be taken?

I've never seen of those hovercovers move so quickly! That's a good demonstration of why they're so good.

Argh. Enough of a shower to force the players from the field once again.

Looks a bit grim with the wind swirling.

But hopefully that ensures the rain will blow over quickly again, as the first one today did.

The wind is really roaring around right now. And it's raining! This might mean an early lunch.

Chris Woakes looks very much in the mood to add to his two wickets so far.

  9. WI 83-5published at 23 overs

    Blackwood 3, Chase 4

Jermaine Blackwood stays leg side of the ball and therefore shows his stumps.

Chris Woakes is honing in with superb accuracy but Blackwood is equal to it for now, blocking it out with a straight bat.

My mum taught Stuart Broad at primary school in Rutland. Sadly not his cricket as I might have been better myself. What a player.

    Why did he do that?

  12. WI 81-5published at 22 overs

Jofra Archer is be trying to target the stumps and pads but strays down leg a couple of times.

Brief interest as new man Jermaine Blackwood chases one and Jos Buttler takes it but no edge on that.

Blackwood then gets off the mark with a tap to mid-wicket for one.

It is, but, he got out like that in the first innings too! It was a loose shot.

That was a good catch by Jos Buttler - he hasn't had the tidiest of games but that was a good catch. It's quite an unusual way of getting out really.

    Inside edge and gone!

A superb length from Chris Woakes and a bit of nip back to the right-hander sees Shamarh Brooks push a bit loosely off the back foot.

The ball flicks the inside edge and Jos Buttler does well to move to his left and snaffle it.

Big appeal and the finger is raised straight away. Brooks trudges off and it's starting to feel like this could be over in a hurry.

This series has worked better than I ever imagined and the main reason because of that is the players out there. There has been an intensity out there that nobody thought was possible with no-one in the ground. It speaks volumes for both sets of players that they've created a contest has been gripping throughout, it's really mattered to both of them and it's shown.

West Indies are going back on their charter flight at 6am tomorrow morning, I think. They are not wasting any time in getting back but it has been fantastic that they've come over and got cricket going again.

  18. WI 78-4published at 20.2 overs

New man Roston Chase gets off the mark by clipping it off his pads to backward square leg for a couple.

Benjamin Robinson: It can’t have been easy for Stuart Broad playing his whole career in the shadow of England’s greatest but his ability to bowl match winning spells must never be forgotten.

James: Class from Broad, reaching 500 test wickets is a brilliant achievement. We've been absolutely blessed with Broad and Anderson. Will be a very sad day when they both retire.
