Cardinal sin from Pope. Did the hard work then gets out.

The doctor is out to give Chris Woakes a concussion test, and he's going to need a new helmet as this one has a dent in it.

That hit him on the head. The doctor will have to come out just to check him out. He turned his eye away from the ball. It's the number one rule, you can't turn your head away to a short ball. That was a sharp delivery.
Chris Woakes ducks his final delivery, and he gets pinned on the head by Naseem Shah.
Woakes took his eyes off the ball and it didn't quite rise up as high as he expected. It's hit him with some pace and then absolutely flown out to mid-wicket.

Pakistan should now be challenging Chris Woakes with the odd short ball.
I find Chris Woakes brings a real sense of calm to the crease, which I am very grateful for. Just a very soothing presence.

AS: The raw pace from Naseem Shah got him that wicket. Wow!
Ollie Pope's face as that ball hit the bat... he couldn't believe it. It was so quick from Naseem and it got some extra bounce out of nowhere.
Chris Woakes is next in for England.

Naseem Shah is a wonderful talent, he can just unearth that bounce off the surface. Beautiful delivery.
Will they now turn to the leg-spinner with a new batsman? I think maybe they'll give Mohammad Abbas one more now.

That is huge disappointment for Ollie Pope and England. That did climb on him. It was just grabbed an inch or two off the ground by Shadab.

Oh, but that is out!
A terrific bit of fast bowling and Ollie Pope is going to have to go! It's quick from Naseem Shah, banged in, and Pope, squared up, can only watch the ball fly off the shoulder of the bat. It's heading towards Shadab Khan at gully, who takes a superb, low catch to break England's stubborn resistance.
Naseem Shah will continue, and his first delivery is guided sweetly down to third man for four by Ollie Pope.

The lift in the bubble. I'm confused over which corner to take.

Is Abbas the most criminally underrated player in Test cricket at the moment? Surely makes it into a world XI.

And when you get a full, wide delivery, you can get down on one knee and smack it to the boundary rope.
Well played, Ollie Pope.

What a brilliant take that was from Mohammad Rizwan. It was 78mph, he's standing up to the stumps and he dives to his right, in front of first slip. That was a terrific take. He's showing what a great wicketkeeper he is.
Mohammad Abbas continues and Ollie Pope plays another drop and run to add a single to the total.
Abbas has a momentary blip and spears down a very wide ball that Mohammad Rizwan has to leap on to stop it flying away. Jos Buttler then gets in on the quick singles act, which is exactly what England need. Just rotate the strike.

John Daniels: It’s not Buttler's fault the top order got blown away. He’s battling hard to save the innings but of course we’re criticising Buttler before he’s even out. It’s laughable! It seems most of us would rather him get out than get runs.

There should be some spin out there, you can see the foot holes already. It's a dry surface.
Naseem Shah relocates his line and Jos Buttler leaves the rest of the over well alone.
