England are unchanged from the win over West Indies, so no Mark Wood, and Ben Stokes will be playing solely as a batsman.
No hesitation from Pakistan skipper Azhar Ali, who decides to have a bat first up.
It could be tricky under the lights but it's probably the right call on balance.

I'm expecting England to be unchanged from the last Test against West Indies. Which will mean a batsman light because Ben Stokes is not fit to bowl. Because of the rain yesterday and this morning, he hasn't had a chance to bowl. So I'm assuming they don't want to take a risk with him.
There's rumours that Pakistan will play their two wrist-spinners, Shadab Khan and Yasir Shah.

Ben Stokes has been having a gentle bowl this morning, after being unable to bowl in the final Test against West Indies because of a quad injury.
The main issue for England is which of their seamers miss out, with five bowlers jostling for three or four slots.
It's not a bad problem to have.
