    They've done it again them folk from Taunton.

    Lower-order rallies have become their calling card, here turning 89 for 5 and 176 for 9 into a steady total.

    Gloucestershire came roaring back into the day taking 4 for 12 after tea but a dropped catch allowed Somerset to add another 61 for the 10th wicket.

    Very well played George Bartlett, 100 not out, his fourth first-class century and first this season.

    Jack Brooks was missed at first slip with the score on 199 but it's allowed Somerset to add a precious few more and take a batting point and some initiative.

    Their attack often doesn't need many to bowl at.
