England's bowling unit are good at sharing ideas. The more you talk, the more you pick things up from other bowlers which might help your own game. If things aren't going well bowling can be lonely business.

That was really well bowled. It was nice to see Sam Curran's reaction on his home ground as well. He bowled beautifully with the new ball and come back well. He's holding the ball up, acknowledging the crowd and deserves the applause.

    Sam Curran has five!

It's the bouncer again! He's not quick at all, but his bouncer is causing people problems on the international stage. Chamika Karunaratne tries to pull away, but a top edge goes through to Jonny Bairstow.

Curran wheels off with his arms in the air in celebration, he absolutely loves it. This is his home ground.

  14. SL 216-7published at 46 overs

    Four more!

Slightly fortunate this time though, as a slower ball deceives Binura Fernando, but an inside edge evades the stumps and rolls away for four more.

Four overs left. Can they get up to 250?

Tom Curran is into the attack.

Binura Fernando is the new batter. He was part of some comical running in the first ODI.

The next five overs could be fun.

That's not what Sri Lanka needed. Shanaka was their hope to get to the 250 mark but he's chosen the wrong shot. It was sloppy. Sri Lanka's problem in this limited-over series as whole is they have played the wrong shot at the wrong time.

    A third for David Willey!

Dasun Shanaka has played nicely, but as has often been the case for him, and his team-mates in this series, he's got a start and then got out.

It's short and wide from Willey, but Shanaka cuts it straight to Sam Curran at deep point.

Sri Lanka have learnt their lesson about taking on Sam Billings and his arm at mid-wicket.

In the first ODI he did this...

Just a few days after doing this...

They are not taking him on anymore.
