    Ishant c Buttler b Robinson 2 (Ind 257-8)

A five-wicket haul for Ollie Robinson! What a spell and what a start to his international career.

Ishant Sharma pokes at one outside off stump and feathers an edge through to Jos Buttler. Robinson waves the ball above his head in acknowledgement of his achievement.

England struck early getting rid of Pujara, but this was the big one. Just look at Joe Root's celebration.

India's deficit goes to less than 100 - the only problem is they only have three wickets left.

    That's a dream delivery for an off-spinner.

What a beautiful ball. An excellent bowling change from Joe Root - Moeen was predominantly brought on to trouble Jadeja.

    Shami b Moeen 6 (Ind 254-7)

Well he didn't try to whack it but the plan certainly works! A beauty from Moeen!

Pitches outside off, spins in past the defensive prod of Shami and clips the stumps. Good luck playing that.

First bowling change of the day, and it's Moeen Ali. Is this to try and tempt Mohammed Shami into whacking a few and getting himself out?

Russ Hyde: Given a decent run in the side, Ollie Robinson could definitely become a dangerous weapon in England’s arsenal for some years to come. He’s having a great series.

Josh Land: What a find Robinson is. Serious competition for Archer and Wood.

Rob Meech: Ollie Robinson is the real deal. And I think he’ll bowl really well in Australia, with the bounce and seam movement he gets. Reminds me of Glenn McGrath, such is the consistency he has with the ball. A top find for England.

Mohammed Shami avoids the pair by flicking Robinson away for two runs and follows it up with the same shot for four.

Joe Root laughs after that overturned decision is shown on the big screen. I keep thinking back to the evening session yesterday when England couldn't get a wicket, and they all looked a bit deflated.

How quickly things can change. Test cricket, eh?!

Was that missing leg stump?! Robinson can't believe it. I'm not sure what to say about that one.

What is going on?! Missing leg stump! Literally no one can believe it. Umpire, Shami, Robinson, me - everyone is baffled.

    It's a reluctant review. There's no conviction.

  14. India reviewpublished at 12:13 British Summer Time 28 August 2021

Mohammed Shami is given lbw - another to Robinson.

He's reviewed it, but this looks very out. They have three reviews left, so I think this is out of desperation.

Jadeja drives Anderson firmly straight down the ground for four. It still, strangely, looks like a very good pitch for batting.

He then slices one past gully for four off the outside edge, much less convincingly.

Huge appeal for lbw first up on Mohammed Shami! Joe Root decides against the review, it was probably a bit high.

    Wow, what a first hour-and-seven-minutes.

There's a lot of pressure on Ravindra Jadeja here. Shami just has to stay there, which is not looking particularly easy at the moment.

Another disappointing dismissal. He really didn't need to play at it. He has to tighten up his defensive game, there's no two ways about it.
