Dawid Malan is bouncing up and down on his knees as Jasprit Bumrah runs into bowl with that familiar clunking action of his. Bumrah always makes me think of the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz, if he was a fast bowler.
Final ball of Bumrah's over is slightly overpitched and the ball makes a delicious crack off Malan's bat as he drives it gracefully through the covers for four.

There a team of men with 'Screen Team' on the back of their jackets. Their job is to sniff out troublesome movement. If you even think of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, they pounce. He strays on to the left-hander's legs, though, and he clips it to pick up a couple more.
A ball later and a drive from Malan races through third man for four.
Dawid Malan leaves, hides the bat behind his pad, and blocks as Umesh Yadav clocks up five dots round the wicket to the England left-hander.
Malan gloves one round the corner to add a single to the total.

Rory Burns plays defensively with an angled bat at a delivery from Jasprit Bumrah which just nips off the pitch. The ball takes the inside edge and he plays on to his own stumps.
Burns turns his head in frustration. Bumrah gives him a glare as a send off.
Haseeb Hameed is a slight man and the ends of the straps on his pads are neatly folded back, pointing diagonally downwards. He leaves stylishly
