Hants 103-2 v Surrey
Nick Gubbins drives pleasantly down the ground for four and Hampshire's score reaches three figures. He is 17 not out and Ian Holland has 34.
Hants 95-2 v Surrey
Surrey have so far resisted the temptation to call up Kyle Jamieson for a second spell. Jordan Clark continues and Nick Gubbins forces the final ball of his latest over away for four to progress to 10 not out in his first innings in a Hampshire shirt. Clarke has 2-32 from his 12 overs so far.
Sussex 6-1 v Glamorgan
Just 13 balls into the Sussex innings and they're off for rain at Hove.
Glamorgan have already got their first wicket - keeper Chris Cooke brilliantly catching low to his right after Aaron Thomason edged behind off Timm van der Gugten.
Notts v Derbyshire 74-3
We didn't see Joey Evison before lunch, but now the 19-year-old is into the attack for Notts and his first over is a maiden - the 15th of the innings so far. Over completed, rain sends the players back to the dressing rooms. Let's hope it's as brief as the shower during the morning session.
Sussex 6-0 v Glamorgan
The rain at Hove has abated for now and they're finally under way, with Sussex having won the toss and chosen to bat.
Ali Orr and Aaron Thomason are at the crease for the depleted hosts, while Glamorgan have also been impacted by coronavirus with Australian pair Marnus Labuschagne and Michael Neser in isolation.
Notts v Derbyshire 74-3
Matt Critchley is developing into a very reliable player for Derbyshire and he picks his spot between mid-wicket and mid-on for a boundary at the start of Brett Hutton's latest over. He has 22 and Leus du Plooy is 20 not out.
Somerset 134-0 v Leicestershire
The chance of play looks slim for the time being at Taunton, with the rain only getting heavier.
Sharp showers are causing issues for cricketers across the country today...

Northants v Yorkshire 66-3
Spinner Simon Kerrigan gets the breakthrough for Northants and Gary Ballance is the batsman to depart.
He bowls over the wicket, into the foot holes, and Ballance top-edges his attempted sweep straight into the hands of the well-placed Charlie Thurston at square leg.
Harry Brook, who has been in good form in the T20 Blast, is next in for Yorkshire alongside George Hill (34 not out).
Sussex v Glamorgan
They had hoped to start play at Hove at 14:15 BST but before that the heavens opened once again and we're back to waiting.
Sussex, who have eight players (including Ollie Robinson) self-isolating, won the toss and will bat when play does eventually get under way.
Somerset 134-0 v Leicestershire
They've managed 13 overs since an early lunch was taken but the rain is falling again and the players are back off.
It's another mini-session which has gone Somerset's way, with both Devon Conway and Steve Davies reaching their half-centuries as they've added 51 runs since the previous break.
Leicestershire are beginning to toil out there.
Hants 79-2 v Surrey
Surrey break the partnership as Tom Alsop is caught behind off Jordan Clark for 29 after flashing at a ball wide of off-stump. He doesn't appear to like the decision but has to go.
Loan signing Nick Gubbins was listed to bat at number five, but he walks out one place higher.
Northants v Yorkshire 61-2
Gareth Berg drops George Hill at second slip after the Yorkshire batsman tries to drive Wayne Parnell.
The veteran Northants bowler has a couple grabs at the ball but it goes down when the catch really ought to have been taken.
Hill is 31 not out, his new best first-class score in his fourth County Championship appearance.
Hants 79-1 v Surrey
Ian Holland leg-glances the first ball of a new Rikki Clarke over for four and brings up a 50 partnership with Tom Alsop from 124 balls. Both batsmen are now 29 not out.
Notts v Derbyshire 59-3
A flurry of activity at Trent Bridge as Leus du Plooy leans on a half-volley from Lyndon James and collects four through the covers and Matt Critchley produces a superb off-drive from the bowling of Brett Hutton for the second boundary of his innings.
Hants 67-1 v Surrey
Surrey have opted for Clark and Clarke after lunch.
Clark (Jordan) concedes only a single to Ian Holland from his opening over.
Clarke (Rikki) does the same, but there are three runs to Tom Alsop to end the over.
Northants v Yorkshire 56-2
Yorkshire have passed the 50-run mark at Wantage Road as George Hill (29 not out) and Gary Ballance (19 not out) continue to steady things.
Former England batsman Ballance hit back-to-back boundaries off Wayne Parnell in the last over but the run-rate has otherwise been low as Northants continue to bowl with discipline.
Somerset 121-0 v Leicestershire
Skipper Steve Davies joins his fellow Somerset opener Devon Conway in reaching his half-century.
The spotlight has been on Conway on his County Championship debut for Somerset, but Davies has been the quicker scorer of the two, with 53 runs off 80 balls.
Notts v Derbyshire 51-3
He was reaching for it a bit, but Matt Critchley makes a clean contact and fours runs through the covers off Brett Hutton takes Derbyshire past 50 in the 28th over at Trent Bridge.
Hants 62-1 v Surrey
There will be a 10-minute delay to the start of the post-lunch session following a rain shower during lunch. Ian Holland and Tom Alsop are the not out Hampshire batsmen, on 22 and 23 respectively.
