Rob Yates is on 64, Pieter Malan is on 48, they have so far put on 84 and Warwickshire lead by 108.
Glos 229 & 300-7 v Hants 486-7 dec
The Price brothers, Ollie (17no) and Tom (14no) are keeping the wolves from the door at Cheltenham after that Tom Lace dismissal.
Gloucestershire's lead nudges up to 41.
How much of a cushion can the hosts' tail-enders build up in this vital Group Two tussle for a Division One spot? And how many overs can they use up? Could they even bat the day out for a draw, Hashim Amla style?
So many questions. No answers yet, But stick with us, they'll come.
Durham 118-2 v Notts (chasing 381 to win)
Lyndon James has his first wicket of the match as he has Durham skipper Scott Borthwick caught behind.
Durham run machine David Bedingham comes in.
He starts this innings on 901 runs for the summer, needing 91 to become the first this season to reach 1,000.

Middlesex 129-5 v Leicestershire (chasing 293 to win)
Leicestershire lose a fifth wicket as Ethan Bamber removes Harry Swindells but, while Josh Inglis is still there, there's still hope for the Foxes.
Inglis has moved on to 39, out of 140-5 - and 153 are now needed.
Bears 395 & 144-1, Pears 447-9 dec
After getting out for a fifth-ball duck in the first innings, Rob Yates has reached his fourth half-century of the season.
Each time he has reached 50 before this season he has gone on to reach three figures - against Essex, Worcestershire and Durham.
He is now on 57, with first-innings centurion Pieter Malan already on to 39.
The Bears lead by 93 - and have all but secured their top two berth.
Glos 229 & 288-7 v Hants 486-7 dec
Here's that lbw decision that so upset Gloucestershire's Tom Lace earlier.
County loyalties aside, what do you reckon?
Thumbs up for 'yep, out', thumbs down for 'no, he's been robbed'.

Kent 165 & 128-3 v Sussex 181 & 332-4 dec
Kent's hopes of a victorious chase have faded somewhat over the past half hour.
The end of their second-wicket century partnership has been followed a few overs later by the dismissal of skipper Heino Kuhn, bowled by Jack Carson.
Ex-Sussex man Harry Finch is still there on 66no for the hosts but they need 221 more to win with only seven wickets remaining.

Glamorgan 462-4 dec v Northants 215 & 142-4
Northants have lost Gareth Berg to injury in this match, they have lost bowler Luke Procter overnight because of a family bereavement.
Now, Rob Keogh is leaving the crease too.
It all puts a game of cricket into perspective, of course.
But if they salvage a draw from their trip to Cardiff, it will be one heck of a gutsy effort.

Surrey 240 & 40-3 v Somerset 429 & 69
Is this Kia Oval track the least batsman-friendly ever??
We make it there have been 19 batsmen in today - only five have got into double figures.
Ryan Patel is not among them - he chips up a dolly caught and bowled to Roelof van der Merwe and is gone for just six.
Glamorgan 462-4 dec v Northants 215 &
A fifth 50 of the season for Northants batsman Rob Keogh, who is helping his side to stop the rot somewhat at Sophia Gardens.
Still more than 100 behind, they are playing for a draw - and doing so quite calmly.
Glos 229 & 270-7 v Hants 486-7 dec
Game over for Gloucestershire?
Tom Lace is FURIOUS. Either with himself or with the decision, not sure which. If it's with himself, he shouldn't be - that was a fabulous ton.
It's not a blatant lbw off the part-time spin of Joe Weatherley, might be slightly high but it's straight and is one of those that would probably clip the bails and be umpire's call perhaps.
Lace chucks his helmet and bat away as he leaves the pitch. The lead is only 13 with three wickets left - are Hampshire heading for Division One?
Kent 165 & 120-2 v Sussex 165 & 332-4 dec
A fantastic throw from Tom Haines breaks that Kent century stand.
Marcus O'Riordan the unlucky man - he had to avoid a collision with partner Harry Finch and those extra couple of evasive steps proved costly.
Glos 229 & 258-6 v Hants 486-7 dec
Jack Taylor's off stump is dismantled by Kyle Abbott. The pace on that ball, oof.
Hampshire will have to bat for a second time if they are to snatch a Division One spot from Gloucestershire though - their first-innings 486 will not suffice on its own.
The hosts are back in credit thanks to the half-century stand between Abbott and Tom Lace, who remains steadfast on 110no.
Stick or twist now, though for Glos? Protect the last four wickets or try to build a lead of sorts that Hampshire at least have to chase down?

Surrey 240 & 25-2 v Somerset 429 & 69
Another wicket. Another spinner.
Jack Leach takes his seventh of the match as Mark Stoneman chips a pretty hapless defensive shot up for the easy take by Ben Green.
Good ball, though. Somerset back on top at the spinners' Kia Oval.

Kent 165 & 116-1 v Sussex 181 & 332-4
A great effort from Harry Finch (61no) and Marcus O'Riordan (47no) who have put on a century partnership for Kent at Canterbury.
They need 233 more to win this. Not impossible given Sussex sailed to 332 in their second innings.
Middlesex 324 & 196, Leicestershire 228 & 100-4
Leicestershire suffer a big blow in their pursuit of 293 to beat Durham.
Captain Colin Ackermann goes for 16 - a second victim for Tim Murtagh and a first successful pouch of the innings for wicketkeeper Robbie White, who is back on the field, having been led off after suffering a painful blow before lunch.
Harry Swindells comes in to join Josh Inglis, who remains the Foxes' main dangerman.
Surrey 240 & 25-1 v Somerset 429 & 69
Ah. Sorry, Surrey supporters. Jinxed you a bit.
That's 13 wickets today at the Kia Oval - and all have fallen to spinners.
Bit of luck in this one for Roelof van der Merwe as Rory Burns defends but not quite well enough and the ball trickles on to the stumps and dislodges a bail. Burns hangs his head in disbelief.

Surrey 240 & 24-0 v Somerset 429 & 69
Surrey have started quite nicely, thank you very much, at the Kia Oval at 24 without loss.
Rory Burns and Mark Stoneman hit half-centuries in their first innings - if they can replicate that, could Surrey pull off the mother of all turnarounds and win this after Somerset's first-innings 429?
If they do, they owe plenty to Ravi Ashwin's six-wicket haul this morning that helped dismiss the visitors for 69 in virtually two hours.

Notts 328 & 217, Durham 165 & 55-1
Stuart Broad wins the private Ashes duel at Chester-le-Street as he traps Cameron Bancroft in front.
It's the second time in the match that England's second highest Test wicket taker has earned an LBW decision against the Aussie opener.
This looks a little more out than the one in the first innings.

Glos 229 & 240-5 v Hants 486-7 dec
Amazing how this match has teetered this way and that.
At 214-6 in their opening innings, Gloucestershire looked okay then they collapsed to 229 before Hampshire hit a huge 486-7 declared.
The visitors were heavy favourites when Glos slipped to 107-4 this morning but this has been a great recovery.
Who is going to get the final Division One spot from Group Two? Thumbs up for Gloucestershire, thumbs down for Hampshire.
