Sri Lanka have two changes in their line-up too. Left-arm wrist-spinner Lakshan Sandakan is in for Akila Dananjaya. Oshada Fernando replaces Avishka Fernando.
England captain Eoin Morgan on Sky Sports: "If we had a choice we would probably have bowled because it looks a bit tacky, but it should stay the same through the game.
"Most of the guys have roles that change from the Blast or county cricket - they may bat up the order for their county, but down the order for us. Moeen has been fantastic for us and he's been good playing that attacking role in the middle order."
