    Kent 69-4 v Middlesex

Kent can't be satisfied with this position at the mid-point of their innings, but Jordan Cox looks like he is ready to take responsibility for raising the tempo. He has just struck Nathan Sowter for a big six to move on to 13, and Jack Leaning is 14 not out at the other end.

The big-hitting Caribbean dangerman failed on his Bears debut at Headingley last night, making only three off six balls.

Can he do the business now?

  20. wicket

WICKETpublished at 19:18 British Summer Time 11 June 2021

    James Vince c Nijjar b Cook 23 (Hampshire 39-1)

    Noooooo!

James Vince is out in 20s for the 900th time in his career (probably).

It's a great scalp for Essex's Sam Cook with the hosts on top after six overs.
