Goswami is very tall and stays tall in her delivery too, so she generates a lot of bounce, more so than other bowlers. It's that height that makes her difficult to face. To see her still bowling at this pace and skill nearly 20 years after her debut is just amazing.

There were mixed appeals from the slips - once one went up, the rest just seemed to copy. Wicketkeeper Taniya Bhatia, who would've had the best view of that ball, has probably made that call. Beaumont never looked worried about it, but it was a good delivery.

A nice comeback from Pandey who bowls a cracking delivery outside the off stump, the India seamer is convinced Beaumont has edged it behind.

After a short discussion with captain Mithali Raj, they (wisely) opt not to review.

Jhulan Goswami has caused the most discomfort from the two bowlers this morning. Beaumont looked a bit nervous first up but she's starting to look a bit more comfortable now after a watchful start.

Clever bowling Goswami who varies her line and length, Beaumont forced to dig a full delivery out as the ball trickles over to square leg for a single.

India have not played a Test match since 2014. Their squad has just 30 Test caps between them. England are far more experienced, with 47 Test appearances throughout their squad.
