Tammy Beaumont is not a player you want to drop. This was a tough chance for Maddy Green earlier.
Beaumont 19, Knight 1
Heather Knight is in at three for England.
Hannah Rowe, who is very tall (yes, that's the expert analysis you come here for) bowls her a perfect yorker first up that is just dug out for a single down to third man.
New Zealand look a little more energised after that wicket, which was so desperately needed as they were just going a bit flat after England's positive start.

Winfield-Hill knew straight away. But this hasn't been a bad start for England.

A horrible way to go, just a little tickle down the leg side.
Winfield-Hill c Martin b Rowe 21 (Eng 44-1)
A double bowling change for New Zealand and it works!
That's come from nowhere. Winfield-Hill looked so composed, so at ease and she won't want to watch this one back. It's going down the leg side and she gets the faintest edge on it through to the keeper.
Winfield-Hill 21, Beaumont 18
Lea Tahuhu replaces Jess Kerr, who was struggling for consistency.
With some extra pace and a lot of experience, New Zealand will need her to bring them back some control. She starts as if she's never been away, going for just two from her first over.

This is the latest ever an ODI has been held in this country in the summer. The latest before today was when England played India on 9 September 2008.
Winfield-Hill 20, Beaumont 17
An attempted short ball from Sophie Devine that doesn't pay off, as Winfield-Hill pulls it away easily for four.
Excellent start from England - they've waited for the bad ball, of which there have been plenty, and scampered the singles well too.
I wonder if Devine is questioning her decision at the toss yet?

That's a lovely piece of timing but it was a bit of a gimme for Beaumont.
Tammy Beaumont, stop it! The most perfect cover drive dispatched for four. A poor ball though, once again Jess Kerr going too full and too wide.
There's something quite dismissive about that shot, as if she's saying, 'Have you not learned yet?!'

What a shot that was. It was executed perfectly. England will be happy with 30-0 but there have been a couple of chances.
Winfield-Hill 15, Beaumont 11
A mixed bag for Sophie Devine so far. She's bowled some gems - the close call on Beaumont and the dropped catch - but has also been a bit wayward, with three wides in this over and another overpitched ball that goes for four.
Given they chose to bowl first, it all seems very subdued from New Zealand out there.

The massive temporary stand is no longer at Bristol, which has worried Steven Finn, who has parked his car in the mid-wicket region. "I hope it doesn't get hit..." was his first comment on strolling in this morning.
Winfield-Hill flashes at a wide one, it goes aerial but safely over gully. Nothing streaky from Beaumont though, who plays yet another exquisite cover drive for four.
Jess Kerr has some really impressive plaits tying her hair back. From my own experiences, if one player in a side can do French plaits, she will usually end up doing them for the entire team.

It was a catchable height which just flew between first and second slip. It was an early chance for New Zealand.
Eng 15-0
An eventful over! Firstly there's a big appeal for an lbw on Tammy Beaumont! Decent swing from Sophie Devine, angling in at the pads, but it's done too much and going down leg side.
And then she finds the edge - but it's between the two slips and Maddy Green's dive isn't enough and it pops out of her hand.

A 1000 ODI runs for Winfield-Hill. She's the 19th English batter to achieve that.
Alex Hartley

It looks like a decent wicket. There are always runs here in Bristol.
Winfield-Hill 7, Beaumont 5
Jess Kerr takes the second over.
She gets some decent in-swing, but Lauren Winfield-Hill latches onto a full length and drives nicely for four.
New Zealand have got to take some wickets with the new ball because it looks a decent pitch to bat on.
