One of the more entertaining parts of yesterday was a heated exchange between Ben Stokes and Jermaine Blackwood.
The pair came face-to-face and traded verbals before the umpires intervened.
England's part-time spinner Dan Lawrence was the unlikely man to grab a late breakthrough and break up the stand of 183 between Blackwood and Brathwaite.
Lawrence dismissed Blackwood after the batter misjudged a leave and was out lbw.
Nightwatchman Alzarri Joseph somehow survived the last five overs and will be joining Brathwaite back in the the middle today.

There's been lots of talk about the lack of home fans for this series so far, but there was a very noisy group of West Indies fans who were delighted to see Kraigg Brathwaite bring up three figures yesterday.
Yes, the pitch has been ridiculously batter-friendly. But England wasted several chances yesterday.
Blackwood would have been out for a duck had Joe Root reviewed an lbw decision off the bowling of Ben Stokes.
Brathwaite, on 65, was bowled by a Saqib Mahmood no-ball.
And then Ben Foakes missed a stumping chance when Brathwaite was on 109.

The covers are coming off, but the passing showers have delayed the start of play this morning. All timings are pushed back by 15 minutes, so play will begin at 14:15 GMT.
Hold up... we have another update from Mr Peach...

We've had a few more showers passing across the ground and the covers are still on - I think we could be looking at a delayed start here. Haven't seen any players out warming up yet.
Good afternoon and welcome to our coverage of day four in the second Test between West Indies and England at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown.
Having amassed a mammoth 507-9 on days one and two, England were against the ropes for pretty much the entirety of yesterday.
West Indies captain Kraigg Brathwaite hit a dogged 109 not out and Jermaine Blackwood scored 102 as the hosts finished the day on 288-4, still trailing by 219 runs.
We'll bring you live text commentary, reaction and expert analysis as England look to fight back in Barbados.
But first of all, I have some bad news..
This picture pretty much sums up England's day yesterday.
