This is a chance for England to lay down a marker, I'm quite excited.
It's also Amy Jones' 50th ODI today - she was given a cap and some words from one of her closest friends, Katherine Brunt, before the warm up this morning.
It's five years today since Sophie Ecclestone made her England debut. She's still only 22!
She's since taken 120 international wickets in 74 games.

And it seems Amy wasn't the only one to experience a dog-related distraction - it looks like Tammy Beaumont used the rain delay to spend some time with this pooch.

There is a very good crowd in despite the rain. A huge swathe of India fans, carrying a giant flag, have just walked past me. I was distracted by two absolutely gorgeous dogs who were having a little perambulation around the ground. Daniel Norcross called one of them "a magnificent beast".
Both teams are unchanged.
England: Tammy Beaumont, Lauren Winfield-Hill, Heather Knight, Natalie Scivery, Amy Jones, Sophia Dunkley, Katherine Brunt, Sophie Ecclestone, Anya Shrubsole, Sarah Glenn, Kate Cross.
India: Smriti Mandhana, Shafali Verma, Jemimah Rodrigues, Mithali Raj, Harmanpreet Kaur, Deepti Sharma, Sneh Rana, Taniya Bhatia, Shikha Pandey, Jhulan Goswami, Poonam Yadav.
England captain Heather Knight: "We would have done the same with the weather and the conditions, but it's quite nice to do something different.
"It was nice to be challenged, it's nice for us as a team to be learn and develop. I'm sure they'll have come up with plans for us, as we have with them, and it is about us keep improving and keep moving forward.
"It is really nice for Amy [Jones] to get a cap, we're starting to build some real experience, ahead of a big World Cup and year next year."
India captain Mithali Raj: "The forecast influenced my decision. The interruptions can play on the mind if you're batting. The bowlers bowled in good areas in the second ODI and we showed intent as a fielding unit and we want to take that into today's game."
We're going to see England bat first for the first time in this ODI series. Team news to come.
Thanks, Callum! The players are all warming up on the outfield and the covers are still off, so the 12.30 start is looking likely at least.
We'll have news from the toss shortly.
I'm going to hand you over to Ffion Wynne, who will take you through the toss and the start of the first innings!
This is the current weather forecast for Worcester. We may get more interruptions as the day goes on.
Both sides need to bat for at least 20 overs for us to get a result.

The England players have been out warming up for the past 15 minutes or so, whereas India have only just emerged from their dressing room. I don't blame them - it is, er, not warm. I also haven't dressed for this weather and my shoes are currently drying out on a radiator.
We have news from the middle!
The toss will be at 12:00 BST, with the start at 12:30 and we'll have a 47-over game.
We'll bring you any news as and when we have it.
Bye for now.
And here are some from the second ODI...
We're going to park this live in a couple of minutes, and come back as and when we have any news from Worcester.
I'm going to leave you with some highlights from the first ODI...
We've also got highlights of the men's games against Sri Lanka available on BBC iPlayer too.
The three Twenty20s can be found here, while the ODIs are here.
The third and final ODI in that series is on Sunday in Bristol.
