Leach dragged his length back and Labuschagne got in a good position to hit it but it looped off the toe of his bat.

It wasn't a great delivery, but Labuschagne mis-hit it and Wood took the catch.

    JACK LEACH HAS THE BREAKTHROUGH!

Where on earth has that come from? Marnus Labuschagne is absolutely fuming with himself to be fair.

He looks to go back and cut away, but he spoons it and Mark Wood can take a fairly simple catch at point.

    England needed that.

Marnus Labuschagne is averaging 85 in his past 10 Tests.

    Uh oh.

Marnus Labuschagne comes down the track and plants Jack Leach back over his head for another six.

That's five sixes Australia have hit England's spinner for now.

If there's any storms or rain around, it's not apparent at the moment. The sun is beating down.

  7. Aus 160-1published at 47 overs

    Lead by 13

David Warner picks up a couple more with a checked drive down the ground. Ben Stokes had to run after that and it definitely wasn't a fully-fledged and sprinting effort. It wasn't proper worrying, but there was a hobble in there.

A couple more for Warner end the over. He's up to 79 - he only scored 95 in the whole of the 2019 series in England.

This pair have put on 150 now.

Sean Taylor: Can’t even say England bowlers have bowled bad. The batters let us down yesterday.

  9. Aus 156-1published at 46 overs

    Lead by nine

Six from Jack Leach's latest over. His figures are 0-44 from six overs now.

It looks absolutely boiling in Brisbane. Chris Woakes, who is about to start his latest over, is turning red.

Warner swatted that and got a lot of it.

  11. Aus 155-1published at 45.2 overs

    Four!

David Warner gets down on one knee and slog sweeps Jack Leach to the square leg boundary.

    Fantastic shot.

  13. Aus 150-1published at 45 overs

    Lead by three

Two singles end the over as Australia start to build a lead. They'll be looking for 450-500 you'd think.

Where is a wicket coming from? Who is going to provide England with that spark?

  14. Aus 148-1published at 44.1 overs

    Australia lead...

The question now is how big will that lead become?

  16. Aus 146-1published at 44 overs

    Trail by one

Australia milk Jack Leach for five runs.

The left-arm is having to mix up his line and length with the Australians looking to be proactive with their foot movement and strokes against him, and that is never ideal for a spinner. They like to settle in.

England have stuck to their task well. There have been some missed opportunities. Robinson has found a beautiful length and found Warner's edge. No slip catch is easy but Burns should have taken that.

England will have to come with fresh enthusiasm after this drinks break because it is getting perilous for them.
