Jos Buttler has batted for 185 balls for 25 in what feels like a hopeless cause. People should remember that when there's question marks over his place.

England can't seem to put it all together with the bat. If they could just knit together these little partnerships then a total of 350 or 400 is possible.

I completely disagree, Tuffers. Broad knows what he's doing.

With England eight wickets down, the interval has been delayed by 15 minutes.

Beautifully pitched and Ollie Robinson had to play at it. Nathan Lyon used his natural variation and that was a good reaction catch from Steve Smith down by his knee. That was an encouraging innings and will be a building block in his career.
