I've played against Grace Harris a few times. She strikes the ball really well. There are a few batters around the world you really don't want to bowl at, and she's one of those for me.

    Quality from Danni Wyatt.

She knows where the gaps are, so she gets down and slog sweeps over square leg for another boundary.

Eight runs from Alana King's first over in international cricket.

Henry is right - sort of Chris Gayle aviator vibes from Alana King. To be honest, they are woeful.

    Three singles start the over.

Time for the debutant - leg-spinner Alana King is coming into the attack.

    England will attack here, surely?

    Wyatt 35, Beaumont 24

Good comeback from Nicola Carey, conceding just a single from the final three balls of the over. England have scored 47 runs from the last four overs, though.

A reminder that Australia did put England into bat, but Heather Knight said it might come onto the bat easier under lights. England will need all the runs they can get.

  8. Eng 61-0published at 6.3 overs

Danni Wyatt is just going to go and go here.

She cuts two over the covers, before picking up another boundary over mid-off.

    A gorgeous shot. She's up to 34.

Georgie Heath: This start is proof of the mental fortitude of this team. Yes they may had had ‘comical’ preparation but game time is game time and they’ve left all that off the field and are getting down to business.

  10. Eng 55-0published at 6.1 overs

Jess Jonassen gets just one over, with Nicola Carey coming on.

She starts with a loosener down the leg-side, which Danni Wyatt swivel-pulls to the fence.

What a start this is for England.

What a good start this has been for England. As soon as the first ball was bowled and it wasn't a wicket, I was happy...

  12. Eng 51-0published at 6 overs

That's the end of the powerplay. It definitely belongs to England, who will be delighted with their start.

Danni Wyatt and Tammy Beaumont normally average 19 as an opening pair against Australia, so that highlights just how good this start has been.

England must go on though. This Australia side is stacked with talent so can chase pretty much anything.

  13. Eng 48-0published at 5.2 overs

Danni Wyatt looks in the groove.

She comes down the pitch again, to the pace of Megan Schutt, and picks up four over mid-off.

Australia are bringing Alyssa Healy up to the stumps to try and stop Wyatt moving down the track.

Megan Schutt, who conceded just three from her first over, is back on to replace Tayla Vlaeminck.

  16. Eng 44-0published at 5 overs

    Beaumont 24, Wyatt 18

Decent comeback from Jess Jonassen. She changes her angle to go round the wicket and it means England can't free their arms as easily.

They milk her for three singles though, and it still 15 off the over.

    AND AGAIN! Even bigger!

Again Danni Wyatt comes down the track and crunches a straight six.

This is good from England. Really good.

    Kristen Beams

That's a really nice decision from Danni Wyatt to Jonassen's first ball. A bit more air and Wyatt skips down the wicket to put all the pressure back on her.

    Eng 35-0published at 4.1 overs

    Offt. How's that for intent?

Danni Wyatt comes down the pitch to Jess Jonassen's first ball and plonks it back down the ground for the first six of the game.

    Lovely.

Meg Lanning does what Meg Lanning does when Australia are under pressure - she brings on Jess Jonassen.
