A good first over for England ends with Tammy Beaumont being clattered on the helmet by a vicious Ismail bouncer.
That's what you get for hitting her for four, I guess.

Anything from 250 gives you something to bowl at. Maybe 240 gives South Africa more of a chance. We don't know what this pitch will play like, it's a fresh one.
The fiery Shabnim Ismail - one of my all-time favourite bowlers to watch - takes the first over for South Africa.
And her first ball is overpitched and driven perfectly through the covers for four by Tammy Beaumont! Lovely.
Anthems done, pep talks done. It's go time.
I've finished my cereal and had my first coffee, so I'm also well prepared - although I think these athletes may have a slightly more nutritious pre-match routine than that.

The World Cup trophy is between the teams ahead of the anthems. We are pretty much ready to go.

We got a little wave and quick hello from Kate Cross and Sophie Ecclestone and a big fist pump and a "come on!" from Katherine Brunt. The girls are pumped!

A reminder that yesterday, Australia cruised into Sunday's final with a comprehensive 157-run win over West Indies thanks to some Alyssa Healy and Beth Mooney magic.
It was a statement from the favourites, and whoever wins today will have to seriously be at the top of their game to overcome them in a few days' time.
So just the one change England, with Anya Shrubsole replacing Freya Davies, while South Africa are unchanged.
Looking at those conditions, it's no wonder Knight admits she would've bowled first with Shrubsole back in the fold.

England captain Heather Knight: "I would have bowled as well. It's the pitch we played on against Pakistan - I think it'll be a better pitch that that was. It might skid on under lights but we're going to have to bat really well, put a score on the board and maybe it'll be a nice thing that we bat for a change.
"The mentality hasn't changed at all, we've been playing knockout cricket for four games so it's the pressure we're used to having with everything on the line and we're dealing with that pressure really well.
"I don't want the girls to change anything today, we've got a really good record in semi-finals and hopefully we can use that today and have a good day out."
South Africa captain Sune Luus: "It's a fresh wicket so it'll be good to see how the ball goes up front and put England under pressure to get some runs on the board.
"That (win against India) was obviously a brilliant game of cricket, we enjoyed it but today is a new game and we're just excited for that.
"I think we've been playing brilliant cricket and this is our most successful campaign so whatever happens here, we can be extremely proud of what we've done here."
England: Beaumont, Wyatt, Knight (c), Sciver, Jones (wk), Dunkley, Brunt, Ecclestone, Cross, Dean, Shrubsole.
South Africa: Lee, Wolvaardt, Goodall, Luus (c), du Preez, Kapp, Tryon, Chetty (wk), Ismail, Klaas, Khaka.
Sune Luus wins the toss after Heather Knight's incorrect call, and put England in to bat.
It's pretty cloudy with a breeze, which may favour the bowlers.
South Africa successfully chased down a total to beat England in the group stages, remember.
Team news to follow.
Hello and welcome back! It's time for semi-final number two and it's the one we probably didn't think was going to happen about two weeks ago: the one featuring England.
Those three initial losses feel like long ago - they're on a winning streak of four in a row. Can they maintain that against South Africa today and join Australia in the final?
I think we're in for a close one. Strap yourselves in.
