Bumrah starts with five dot balls after the break but Kane Williamson unveils yet another stunning cover drive to the boundary. Lovely stuff.

Drinks came at the wrong time for you, sorry Vic. But 'There's a Tiger in the Garden' sounds like a thriller.

15 overs left, 35 runs to win. Let's go.

Vic Phillips: I'm gonna need NZ to hurry this up. Gotta put my daughter to bed at 6:30 & if this finishes halfway through There's A Tiger In The Garden I'll be well unimpressed.

  5. drinks break

NZ 104-2published at 17:57 British Summer Time 23 June 2021

Virat Kohli has his hands on his hips and does not look impressed. And then Jadeja bowls a no ball. That won't help.

    And it's another drinks break.

Jasprit Bumrah finds more uncomfortable bounce and Taylor yanks his bottom hand off his bat but he plays it very well down into the ground.

He recovers to tickle one down to fine leg for four to bring up New Zealand's 100.

There will be some hefty bruises on show from a lot of players at the end of this game. It's almost worth it if you get a decent bruise, isn't it?

There's a few long faces on the Indian balcony now. New Zealand's two old stagers look like they are going to see them home. It's pointless for India to try to save runs now. They just have to keep going in search of wickets.

    Williamson 26, Taylor 30

Big spin from Jadeja as Kane Williamson goes for a drive and the keeper ends up taking a big stretch to take it.

Williamson gets a sweep away fine for four and it's hard to see what India can do from here.

It feels like this game is done now. As a player you think about how good the beer is going to taste after knocking off these runs.

  11. NZ 92-2published at 17:45 British Summer Time 23 June 2021

Poor Ross Taylor, he gets another nasty one that gets him on the thigh but he survives.

That was a dreadful ball, came from nowhere. It almost went vertically upwards. Nasty.

  13. ouch!

NZ 92-2published at 17:41 British Summer Time 23 June 2021

Wow, where did that come from?! Bumrah gets one to rise up drastically off a length and clatter Ross Taylor right on the helmet, between the eyes.

Everyone looks completely baffled, Taylor came forward for a standard defensive prod but his bat has ended up nowhere near it.

The physio comes on for the mandatory concussion procedure but thankfully Taylor is smiling.

  15. NZ 90-2published at 17:38 British Summer Time 23 June 2021

    Overs left in day: 19

Just one single from Jadeja's over and the equation down to less than 50 for New Zealand now.

  16. NZ 89-2published at 17:35 British Summer Time 23 June 2021

Stop it, Kane Williamson, that is glorious. A picture-perfect cover drive for four as Bumrah just overpitches slightly.

It's been a masterclass in patience from these two, as they've just accumulated ones and twos and made sure to put away the bad ball when it's there.

Ross Taylor misses a sweep and India go up for a big lbw appeal but his pad was well outside the line of off stump and umpire Michael Gough shakes his head.

A maiden to calm things down a little. 54 required for New Zealand.

    Williamson 18, Taylor 27

We saw Tim Southee's dropped catch of Rishabh Pant earlier that was seen as a huge moment. Perhaps not as much of a game changer here but India would have been desperate.
