    Thanks, Callum.

Well, that was a bit brutal in the end, wasn't it?! Spare a thought for JJ Smit, whose final over cost 24 runs meaning he finished with figures of 0-50.

And now just the small task for Namibia's batters of chasing down 190 and overcoming Shaheen Shah Afridi.

It will take something very special from Namibia to stop Pakistan being in the semi-finals in two hours time.

Ffion Wynne will take you through the chase.

It was a remarkable innings turnaround from Mohammad Rizwan.

Mohammad Hafeez finished 32 not out from 16 balls, by the way.

    A lovely little cameo.

    Pakistan were brilliant there.

Babar Azam said he wanted to test their batters today and maybe not as many got the chance as he'd have wanted but he'll be delighted with that.

Scoring was difficult at the start. Pakistan were 59-0 after 10 overs so they have scored 130 runs in back 10. Magnificent.

  6. Pak 189-2published at 20 overs

Driven out to deep cover for a couple. Mohammad Rizwan dives from half way down the pitch to ensure he gets home.

He finishes unbeaten on 79 from 50 balls.

Namibia will need 190 to win.

  7. Pak 187-2published at 19.5 overs

    Four more!!

Namibia had a long chat between the two balls and changed their field but Mohammad Rizwan cuts to the boundary again.

That is 22 from five balls in this over. What does the final ball bring?

That was flat and it carried all the way for six! Remarkable.

    Pak 175-2published at 19.2 overs

    Punished!

A full toss on leg stump from JJ Smit and Mohammad Rizwan gets nice and low to flick away for six more.

  13. Pak 169-2published at 19.1 overs

Four to start the final over.

It is drilled back down the ground from Mohammad Rizwan and mid-off and long-on can't get there.

  14. Pak 165-2published at 19 overs

A dot ball and a single ends the 19th.

David Wiese's over goes for 10 and at this stage it could have been a lot worse. Namibia will take that.

  15. 50 runs

50 for Rizwanpublished at 18.4 overs

    With a six too!

David Wiese gives him a nice juicy full toss and he just flicks it over square leg.

He was very slow initially but he stayed firm and he's up to 54 off 42 balls.

  16. Pak 158-2published at 18.3 overs

Good start from David Wiese with just three runs conceded from his first three balls.

    Can he close it out?

Four more to end the over.

Ruben Trumpelmann is trying to hide the ball outside off stump but Pakistan are reading it.

Mohammad Rizwan gets across and sweeps to the boundary.

Pakistan have added 28 in the last 12 balls. They have timed this innings really well.

Mohammad Hafeez gets a couple over extra cover before a thick inside edge just evades the stumps and he picks up two more.

    He is racing along.
