  • Pakistan unbeaten at the tournament

  1. Pak 142-2published at 17.1 overs

Mohammad Hafeez is just toying with Namibia here.

They have two fielders within about five or 10 metres of each other near short third, but Hafeez gets down and ramps past a short fine leg again.

He's on 20 from just nine balls.

  2. Pak 138-2published at 17 overs

Decent end to the over from JJ Smit with just a single from the final two deliveries.

Three overs left. Pakistan will be looking for at least 170 you'd have thought.

  3. Pak 137-2published at 16.4 overs

Top class this from Mohammad Hafeez.

He ramps four over short fine leg before steering beautifully between short third and backward point for another boundary.

That is one place you do not want to bowl to Mohammad Hafeez. He is a cut master.

  5. Pak 127-2published at 16 overs

Oh! That's a shot first ball.

There is a little bit of width on offer for Mohammad Hafeez but he crunches the cut shot away.

Matthew Hayden really enjoyed that in the Pakistan dugout.

    Fakhar c Green b Frylinck 5 (Pak 122-2)

    Great grab!

Fakhar Zaman takes a couple of steps down the pitch and just looks to nudge to third man. It catches the outside edge though and Zane Green, who was moving down the leg side, takes a brilliant one-handed catch out to his right at full stretch.

He pulls out the Jack Grealish fingers in ears celebration too. Go on, son.

This is a waste of ball tracking!

  8. Not outpublished at 15.2 overs

I wouldn't make a great umpire, but even I knew that wasn't out.

It hit Mohammad Rizwan miles outside off-stump. Potentially more in line with a fifth stump.

For my money, that's not a great review.

  10. Namibia reviewpublished at 15.2 overs

Hmmm Namibia have sent an lbw shout upstairs.

I'm telling you now, this isn't out...

  12. Pak 118-1published at 15 overs

It was the knuckle ball from David Wiese that did for Babar Azam.

He had a little chat, and a wink, with Babar as he walked off.

    A big five overs left.

  13. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 14.2 overs

    Babar c Frylinck b Wiese 70 (Pak 113-1)

    The breakthrough!

Babar Azam looks to go aerial over the leg side but miscues a slower ball straight into the hands of deep mid-wicket.

Namibia needed that. Can they keep an end quiet now and restrict Pakistan?

  14. Pak 113-0published at 14.1 overs

    This is woeful.

Babar Azam slices down to third man and Michael van Lingen gets across, gets out the long barrier but the ball slips through his hands and dribbles into the boundary.

    So sloppy.

These two look like they could bat for all 20 overs.

  16. Pak 109-0published at 14 overs

At the toss Babar Azam said he wanted to bat first to test his batting line-up.

The question at this stage is how much of Pakistan's line-up are we going to see with the bat?

That's a great throw and a great dive.

  18. Not outpublished at 13.4 overs

Nope, the dive means Mohammad Rizwan is comfortably home.

They stole a third run after the ball ricocheted off the stumps too.

  19. Umpire reviewpublished at 13.4 overs

    Surely not?

Has a direct hit from the deep run Mohammad Rizwan out at the non-striker's end?
