    Schoolboy error, James.

New Zealand engage in a huddle as a cheeky photographer tries to creep in with his camera lens.

Jos Buttler and Jonny Bairstow punch gloves, sprint onto the outfield, do some stretches and then casually walk to the middle.

    I'm buzzing.

Mark Wood got a bit of a tonking the other night. I think Tymal Mills' injury will hamper England more than Jason Roy, particularly with those slower balls at the death.

There's no Jason Roy so England will be relying even more so on the in-form Mr Joseph Charles Buttler.

He has scored the second-most runs, has hit the most sixes and scored a brilliant century against Sri Lanka.

    Buttler is a gamechanger.

England captain Eoin Morgan: "We would have done the same for obvious reasons. Hopefully it doesn't decide the game. It looks like a really good wicket.

"It is devastating [for Jason Roy]. To come so close to the latter stages having played a significant part in the last two years. It is an opportunity for someone who has been around a long time and carried the drinks.

"They are an extremely strong side. They have been doing it [playing in semi-finals] far longer than we have."
