Overton didn't really appeal. I think it hit the top of his hip.
Somewhat wayward start to the over from Overton, who continues to bang it in short from round the wicket. After scudding a few down the leg side there's a word from Stuart Broad.
The next ball is tighter - is that a feather touch from Williamson down the leg side? Tentative calls, but Stokes decides against reviewing it.

He barely got a fingertip. We can't call that a chance.
Conway pulls hard at Overton's first ball of the over.
Is that a chance? Stokes throws himself at it from square leg but it only grazes his fingers.
Lead 110
No further runs from the over. We've got another momentary delay as Conway adjusts his helmet again.

What's that about moral victory for bowlers? The scoreboard will show four runs.
All New Zealand's boundaries seems to be coming through the slips this session - that's the third through that area.
Stuart Broad kicks the pitch in frustration. Third man required?

It was short. He had to ride the bounce. It's been a very exciting first three overs after the tea break.

Another short ball from Overton to Conway, he rides the bounce and guides it down to the ropes through fourth slip. He didn't look entirely in control of that.

Jamie Overton comes round the wicket for Williamson, evidently it's in fashion.
Williamson offers his bat but Broad's ball evades the outside edge.
He pushes a single and Broad adds a third slip and comes round the wicket for Conway. He nearly chops on - safe, just!

This is a moment in the game, you sense. The crowd are getting up for it.
We'll have Stuart Broad on at the other end.

This is probably the quickest he's bowled. According to the radars, he's up into the high 80s.
A thick edge from Conway brings New Zealand their first runs of the session as the ball runs down to the boundary wide of second slip.
Another two off Overton's final ball - that first over lasted 11 minutes.

Conway as smiling about it. As if he didn't know what quite to expect. This is a hostile first over.
