Tymal Mills shakes his head. The idea was right, the execution not so.
Mills c & b HV Patel 7 (Eng 120-8)
Harshal Patel has been running in with purpose and takes England's eighth wicket.
The final ball of his over and Tymal Mills is out attempting to ramp it over the wicketkeeper's head, but the ball sticks in the pitch and he spoons it up in the air.
Harshal runs back down to the pitch to gobble up the catch.
This, however, was pretty decent from Suryakumar Yadav to get rid of Harry Brook.
A minor blot on the copybook of India has been their catching. They have put down six catches this evening.
The latest is Tymal Mills, as he attempts to go big again off Yuzvendra Chahal and Deepak Hooda runs around at long-off but it pops out of his hands.
All been relatively straightforward chances, too.

That's a monster hit from Tymal Mills.
Take a bow Tymal Mills. He skips down the pitch to Yuzvendra Chahal and pummels it into the stands for a huge six.
Mills is beaming from ear to ear.
Moeen Ali has at least given England fans something to cheer about with some fine hitting.

Dinesh Karthik might have been thinking about retirement if he dropped that one. As easy as they come.
England on the brink.
Curran c Karthik b Pandya 4 (Eng 106-7)
Sam Curran attempts to lift a short ball from Hardik Pandya over the India wicketkeeper and leaves Dinesh Karthik with a simple looping catch that even he cannot drop.
England's chase petering out now.

Dinesh Karthik is laughing about it. I'm not sure if I was Hardik Pandya I would be laughing too.

Dinesh Karthik is having an absolute horror day with the gloves.
Dinesh Karthik is having a terrible time behind the stumps.
Chris Jordan edges Hardik Pandya and the India wicketkeeper dives in front of Rohit Sharma at slip, attempting a one-handed catch, but the ball pops out the glove.
It was Rohit's catch.
Moeen Ali st Karthik b Chahal 36
Moeen Ali with a beautiful shot which beats point to the boundary for four. However, he's gone two balls later dancing down the track to a flipper from Yuzvendra Chahal.
Dinesh Karthik initially fumbles but Moeen is so far out of his ground the India wicketkeeper gets a second bite of the cherry.
Going to stick my head on the line and say India have this in the bag now.

What a catch from Suryakumar Yadav, making a good 10-12 yards and then sliding to get to the ball. Fabulous.
Brook c Yadav b Chahal 28 (Eng 94-5)
A fine catch by Suryakumar Yadav on the boundary as Harry Brook's innings ends off the first ball of Yuzvendra Chahal's over.

Loud cheers at the Ageas Bowl as the Hampshire score from their Blast quarter-final against Birmingham Bears is read out...
Hello. Moeen Ali is on the march. He launches Axar Patel into the stands for a huge six off the last ball of the over.
This was smoother than velvet from Moeen Ali. Partenership is 55 runs off 35 balls with Harry Brook
Andy Zaltzman
BBC Test Match Special statistician
Dawid Malan's excellent form that saw him become the number one ranked batter in T20 cricket has dissolved over the last year.
Up to the end of the Sri Lanka series last summer he averaged 47 with a strike rate of 143. But since then in nine further innings he has averaged 21 with a strike rate of 110.
Moeen Ali waspishly drives Yuzvendra Chahal's last ball, but it's too uppish. It finds the hands of Suryakumar Yadav but he spills the catch. It's powerfully hit but he should be holding that.
