  1. Ind 150-4published at 14 overs

Sam Curran, complete with bleach blonde hair, is into the attack as England look to regain a semblance of control.

Curran has not done much wrong there but that's a beauty from Hardik Pandya as he plays the latest of late cuts through third man for four.

Hardik clips the final ball of the over off his pads for a single to bring up the India 150.

This is how Chris Jordan dismissed Deepak Hooda earlier as he flicked the ball straight into the hands of Tymal Mills.

  3. Ind 141-4published at 13 overs

Now it is Axar Patel's turn as he heaves the ball through the covers for another boundary.

14 off Livingstone's first over in total.

Jos Buttler is having a chat with Sam Curran, who could be set to return to the attack.

  4. Ind 134-4published at 12.2 overs

Time for more spin as Liam Livingstone comes into the attack.

His first delivery is too short and Hardik Pandya can rock onto the back foot and cut square for four. The next delivery is slapped right back past Livingstone and beyond the despairing dive of the boundary rider for another one.

  5. Ind 126-4published at 12 overs

Left-hander Axar Patel is the new batter and he sees out the final two balls of the over.

Fine over from Chris Jordan, who is leading England's fightback.

A good piece of bowling from Chris Jordan who kept bowling to his plans and did well to cramp Suryakumar Yadav for room.

A fairly decent chunk of glove. A good call on review by the new skipper!

    There was something glovey!

Great decision to review by the new skipper and Suryakumar Yadav has to go.

A big wicket at a crucial moment for England.

I heard something glovey as it went through...

  10. England reviewpublished at 11.4 overs

Jos Buttler thinks he may have caught Hardik Pandya off the bowling of Chris Jordan as he goes for the pull.

It's not the most enthusiastic appeal but he sends it upstairs anyway.

The amazing thing about T20 cricket is people aren't scared anymore. You'd go into the second 10 overs three or four wickets down and you used to think about consolidating, but now there is no fear to keep hitting.

  12. Ind 119-3published at 10.4 overs

The Test side seems to have rewritten the rule book over the past few weeks so I'm not sure any total will be seen as to much for this team.

Anyway, Tymal Mills is back and a wide delivery is cut away by Hardik Pandya for India's 14th boundary of the innings.

Suryakumar Yadav soon makes it 15, stepping across his stumps and flicking the ball over fine leg for a huge six!

This is India's 10th highest score after 10 overs in T20 internationals.

England need to start hunting wickets because if you start trying to defend it can quickly unravel. That will be the message from Jos Buttler at drinks. With the power England have in their batting line-up it's hard to say how many they can chase. Something around 200 would be interesting, but we have seen some ludicrous games of cricket recently.

Since 2016 England and India are the most prolific runscoring teams in T20 internationals. Both average 8.7 runs per over.

Deepak Hooda hit an entertaining 33 from 17 balls, including these back-to-back sixes off Moeen Ali.

  17. Ind 105-3published at 10 overs

Two wides means it's an eight-ball over for Matt Parkinson, costing 14 runs.

Parkinson is 0-25 from his two overs so far. India reach 105-3 at the halfway stage and are looking on course for a hefty total.

  18. Ind 101-3published at 9.4 overs

Matt Parkinson loops one up for Hardik Pandya who gleefully smashes the ball back over the England bowler's head for a boundary.

Hardik then plays a lovely cross-batted swipe that perfectly dissects the covers for another four to bring up the India 100.

Chris Jordan is using all his experience here. In T20 you can become so preoccupied with defending certain boundaries, or what the batter is doing to certain deliveries. Jordan has come with a simple game plan of bowling into the pitch with pace on or pace off. As a bowler it helps to have that clear plan.

  20. Ind 91-3published at 9 overs

There's a huge cheer from the India supporters as Hardik Pandya comes into the middle.

Two singles complete an impressive first over from Jordan. Just what England needed.
