My dayssss.
How has he done that?
Liam Livingstone charges at Hardik Pandya - who sees him coming down the track and as a result goes short, but Livingstone just pulls it about 12 rows back.
Some power.

I was at Wimbledon that day watching the men's final on Centre Court trying really hard to follow it all on our phones. Nods and grins and frowns as the game at Lord's ebbed and flowed. We watched the Super Over on a phone perched at the back of the Court and loudly cheered the win and got politely but firmly told off by Wimbledon stewards... Worth it!

Ew! I'm not particularly squeamish but that is pretty horrible viewing.
Liam Livingstone cracks a drive at Rohit Sharma at extra cover, and because he's at full stretch, the India captain's elbow seems to lock.
To get it back into place and unlocked he pulls it round and yanks it up and you can visibly see it unlock. Horrible.
Four from the over.

Karl: Spent the day waiting for a call for my wife to go and be induced for our son to be born. Was a good excuse to stay in and watch the game. My wife wasn't too happy about it though!
Livingstone 18, Moeen 10
Hardik Pandya returns for India, and he starts well with just two singles and a wide coming from the over.
Liam Livingstone almost pulled his shoulder out of the socket he went that hard at the final ball of the over, but he only picks up a single through square leg.
Jonny Bairstow is doing some sort of puzzle on the England balcony, while Jason Roy is in conversation with Matthew Mott.
Mott is sporting some shades, ala Brendon McCullum. Safe to say he doesn't look quite as cool as the Test coach.
This was a lovely shot from Liam Livingstone.
England need a fair few more of 'em.

This is sensible cricket from England. They will just keep the scoreboard ticking as they are still in a precarious position.
We see the left-arm spin of Ravindra Jadeja for the first time today and Moeen Ali greets him with a gorgeous back-foot punch through the covers for a couple.
Five from the over. England are in a rebuilding phase at the moment and are looking to take very few risks.

It feels like England need at least 270 to be competitive.
Livingstone 16, Moeen 5
Liam Livingstone sees out the remainder of the over from Jasprit Bumrah. There's a half-appeal for a strangle down the leg side to end the over, but the Indian's decide against taking it.
Here's how Ben Stokes got out. He's the third England batter to be dismissed sweeping today.
Gorgeous.
Liam Livingstone picks up four more with a push back down the ground.
It's just a gentle push, nothing more, but it is so well timed.

George: Any chance of Ben Stokes actually putting an innings together to help the team instead of this amateurish slogging he keeps doing?
Seb: You could see that Stokes dismissal coming a mile off. He needed to change his approach because he wasn’t going to get away with it constantly. Completely brainless.
Four singles and a wide follow the six from Liam Livingstone.
A good over for England.
What will they be targeting from here? They'll need 240 at least you would think.
There's the Liam Livingstone we know.
One step and plonk over long-on for his first six of the day. Lovely shot.

Liam Livingstone is at his best when he is attacking and not when he is defending.

You can feel Livingstone itching to defend with a little more purpose rather than retreating and feeling bogged down.
Liam Livingstone is really struggling with the pace and bounce of this pitch at the moment. It genuinely looks like he's facing this pace of bowling for the first time in his career.
His head rocks back and his bottom hand comes off the bat as he again tries to pat down a well-directed shorter ball from Jasprit Bumrah.
Two singles from the over.

Did England do a deal with the devil one day that meant they could never be good at Tests and white-ball cricket at the same time?
Moeen Ali - another of England's finishers who is in at least 15 overs too early - gets off the mark with a single into the leg side.
India are sensing the kill again. Jasprit Bumrah is returning at the other end.

Good decision by the umpire and the India fans have their hands in the air! Ben Stokes is out!
England continue to dig themselves into a hole.
