  1. Postpublished at 11 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 77-5 (Target 141)

It is always difficult chasing at the Ageas Bowl, as Gloucestershire are finding out.

Just nine from Dawson's three overs with two wickets. He is putting Hampshire in the box seat.

  2. Postpublished at 10 overs

    Yorks 117-2 v Bears 238-5

Adam Lyth is still there for Yorkshire and at the halfway stage, they are, technically, on course here.

    It still needs two-a-ball.

Lyth is 67 from 36 balls.

WICKET Higgins b Dawson 5published at 10.2 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 74-5 (Target 141)

    Ryan HigginsImage source, Getty Images

Liam Dawson was too good for Ryan Higgins in his last over, and is now rewarded.

The batter tries to turn one legside, but the ball turns past his bat and hits the stumps. Cracking spin bowling!

  4. Postpublished at 10 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 73-4 (Target 141)

Remember, Gloucestershire have to win this game. The pressure is more on them.

Ryan Higgins clubs the last ball of Mason Crane's over to the boundary. They get seven off it.

The visitors need 68 more, with six wickets in hand.

  5. North Group updatepublished at 21:14 British Summer Time 1 July 2022

Quite a frantic innings from Tom Moores.

Only six balls faced - four of them hit to the boundary and then caught off AJ Tye for 16.

Notts Outlaws are 166-5 in the 16th over and need another 18 off 25 balls to beat Durham, with Ben Duckett still there on 47 not out.

  6. SOMERSET BEAT MIDDLESEX BY TWO WICKETSpublished at 21:14 British Summer Time 1 July 2022

    Middlesex 160-8 v Somerset 161-8

Josh Davey somehow gets two down to long-off after a misfield - Middlesex were convinced he was short of his ground, but the umpire was unmoved...

The Scotland bowler then reverse-sweeps a single to get Somerset over the line - they are safely into the quarter-finals!

  7. Postpublished at 9 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 66-4 (Target 141)

Two runs and a wicket from Liam Dawson's over. Lovely stuff. He has Ryan Higgins bamboozled off those last four deliveries.

Momentum has shifted - I would make Hampshire slight favourites here.

  8. Postpublished at 21:09 British Summer Time 1 July 2022

    Middlesex 160-6 v Somerset 158-8

Somerset now need just three from the final four balls...

Josh Davey has lofted his first ball for six over long-on!

  9. wicket

WICKET Phillips c Vince b Dawson 18published at 8.2 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 66-4 (Target 141)

The big-hitting Glenn Phillips has to go.

Phillips can only chip Dawson into James Vince's hands at short extra-cover. A bit of turn there from Dawson, well bowled!

    This is getting very interesting.

  10. Postpublished at 16 overs

    Leics 214-6 v Northants 158-4

Four balls after losing Chris Lynn, Josh Cobb also fell - for 53 from 40.

Saif Zaib has come and gone quickly and Northants are back in miracle territory.

    57 needed in 24 balls.

Jimmy Neesham stil there for Northants - is he their last hope in this season's Blast?

  11. Postpublished at 8 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 64-3 (Target 141)

Mason Crane does indeed bowl from the other end.

But it is to Glenn Phillips' liking as he gets deep in his crease and smashes it over the ropes for six.

Ten off the over, a reassuring one for the chasing side.

  12. Postpublished at 21:06 British Summer Time 1 July 2022

    Surrey 163-4 v Kent 191-5

At the Oval, Surrey are cruising to victory, as they so often have in this year's tournament.

They need 29 runs from 24 balls, with Sam Curran and Jamie Overton at the crease.

  13. Postpublished at 6 overs

    Yorks 76-1 v Bears 238-5

Yorkshire have certainly given themselves a chance with this powerplay.

Finn Allen got a leading edge to point to fall for 29 from 13 balls.

But Adam Lyth is 42 not out from 23 and leading Yorkshire hope.

Still a huge task with 11.6-an-over needed.

  14. Here come the spinnerspublished at 7 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 54-3 (Target 141)

Liam Dawson is thrown the ball, with Mason Crane likely to bowl at the other.

Three singles from his first over, just what skipper James Vince will have wanted.

  15. Postpublished at 21:03 British Summer Time 1 July 2022

    Middlesex 160-6 v Somerset 137-6

The required rate for Somerset is now exactly 12.

Roelof van der Merwe and Ben Green are the two batters at the crease - Green has just launched Max Harris for six.

    Somerset are still in this.

  16. North Group updatepublished at 21:02 British Summer Time 1 July 2022

    Ben DuckettImage source, Rex Features

Not quite such plain sailing now for Notts Outlaws, who are 138-3 after 13 overs, chasing a target of 184 to beat Durham.

Joe Clarke fell to Nathan Sowter for 51 off 30 balls and Liam Trevaskis had Steven Mullaney stumped for his second wicket.

Ben Duckett is well set, though on 40 and Lyndon James is 16 not out at the other end.

  17. Postpublished at 6 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 51-3 (Target 141)

Hampshire have pulled it a back a touch, but wickets always help that.

Gloucestershire need 90 off 84 balls.

  18. wicket

WICKET Hammond c McDermott b Wheal 18published at 5.2 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 47-3 (Target 141)

Gloucestershire may be ahead of the chase, but they are now three wickets down.

Miles Hammond goes for another pull shot, but only manages to hit it straight up in the air and wicketkeeper Ben McDermott gets himself under it to take the catch.

    This is definitely game ON.

  19. Postpublished at 13 overs

    Leics 214-6 v Northants 129-2

    Chris LynnImage source, Rex Features

Northants continue to rally as Chris Lynn and Josh Cobb have really found their stride.

19 comes from the 12th over.

Two more fours brings the asking rate under 12 for the first time since the fifth over.

    But then Lynn holes out!

Superb innings - 68 from 37 - but is it his last in this year's Blast?

A settling wicket for the Foxes who are still defending over two runs a ball.

  20. Postpublished at 5 overs

    Hampshire v Gloucestershire 47-2 (Target 141)

Australia white-ball international Nathan Ellis into the Hampshire attack.

A good over is blotted by Miles Hammond squeezing one past fine leg - up in the circle - for another boundary.

Gloucestershire are 25 runs better off than their hosts were at this stage.
