Best over of the night - 20 from it.

  9. Postpublished at 15.1 overs

    Worcs 178-6 v Lancs 125-7

A Luke Wood boundary off Ed Barnard leaves Lancashire needing 54 from the final five overs to win at New Road.

But another wicket goes at the start of the next as Luke Wells is caught by Brett D'Oliveira - that man again - off Moeen Ali at long-off for 14.

    Have Lancashire blown it?

  10. Postpublished at 13 overs

    Yorks v Bears 148-3

Paul Stirling falls for 81 from only 41 balls.

Superb hitting - seven sixes and four fours.

Huge wicket for Yorkshire but they remain under the pump.

  11. wicket

WICKET Weatherley lbw b Smith 32published at 16.1 overs

    Hampshire 91-5 v Gloucestershire

Tom Smith has a deserved reward for his left-arm darts.

  12. Postpublished at 16 overs

    Hampshire 90-4 v Gloucestershire

Into the final five overs and Hampshire really need to hit the accelerator button.

Joe Weatherley answers the call by clubbing one straight for six off the back of a length as they take ten off the over.

Benny Howell finishes with 2-29 from his four overs.

  13. D'Oliveira strikes againpublished at 13 overs

    Worcs 178-6 v Lancs 112-5

Suddenly the path to the quarter-finals for Lancashire is not quite so straight.

Brett D'Oliveira didn't manage a hat-trick after taking the wickets of Phil Salt and Dane Vilas with successive balls, but he has now removed Tim David for seven, caught at long-off by Jake Libby.

D'Oliveira completes his four overs with figures of 4-20, and Lancashire need 67 off the last seven overs.

  14. Postpublished at 15 overs

    Hampshire 80-4 v Gloucestershire

The crowd at the Ageas Bowl is so quiet - there has been so little for them to cheer.

Glos' strangle continues with skipper Jack Taylor's slow right-armers.

  15. Heartbreak for Rossingtonpublished at 19:59 British Summer Time 1 July 2022

    Sussex v Essex 124-5

Adam Rossington has single-handedly led this first innings for Essex, but he falls agonisingly short of a brilliant hundred.

Delray Rawlins tempts the Essex keeper out of his crease, and Josh Phillipe whips off the bails.

Rossington trudges off, having made 95 from 50 balls.

  16. Postpublished at 10 overs

    Yorks 114-2 v Bears

A fifth six brought Paul Stirling 50 in only 25 balls.

  17. wicket

WICKET Whiteley b Howell 12published at 14 overs

    Hampshire 76-4 v Gloucestershire

Benny Howell has his revenge the very next ball.

A slower ball and Ross Whiteley ends up dragging on. The end of a slightly tortured innings for the ex-Worcestershire man.

  18. Postpublished at 13.5 overs

    Hampshire 76-3 v Gloucestershire

Benny Howell begins the over with three dots in four balls.

But when he drops short, Ross Whiteley clubs one through midwicket for a welcome boundary. Much needed!

  19. Kent finish on 191published at 19:54 British Summer Time 1 July 2022

    Surrey v Kent 191-5

This game has nothing riding on it, with Surrey already qualified for the quarter-finals, and Kent rooted firmly to the bottom of the South group.

However, last year's champions have batted well at the Oval - Alex Blake finishes on 50 not out. Can Surrey's star-studded line-up chase it down?

  20. Leicestershire post 214-6published at 19:53 British Summer Time 1 July 2022

    Leics v Northants

4, 4, 6 and out for Colin Ackermann in the final over from Ben Sanderson.

What an innings - 85 from 44. Nine fours, three sixes.

Leicestershire, having chosen to bat, have taken full advantage.

Must win games for both sides and big favourites the Foxes.
