I am keeping track of this fantastic match as I work. I love Women's cricket. Great players, less ego than the men and over rates as they should be! Brilliant. Great partnership!

Not sure I'd be overly pumped if I was Nadine de Klerk after that bit of fielding from Kapp.

Nat Sciver. She is so, so good to watch.

She charges at Nadine de Klerk and guides past cover and past a rather tired looking Marizanne Kapp at mid-off, who effectively gives up on the ball and doesn't bring out the dive either.

De Klerk looks less than impressed.

You get the sense that if the rain came, South Africa wouldn't be overly disappointed.

Tumi Sekhukhune has come on for South Africa and she offers Alice Davidson-Richards some width - the tourists have done that far too often in the last 45 minutes or so - and she picks up two more through gully.

Nat Sciver picks up a couple more to end the over too. England could have opened up a handy lead by close if the rain stays away. There are 10 overs left.

Alice Davidson-Richards plays endlessly with a smile on her face. She looks like she's having the time of her life.

    Scores level

Alice Davidson-Richards punches down to mid-off and takes a single to pinch the strike.

    She's up to 80.

England are level - they'll be delighted considering they were 121-5 earlier.

She's been very fluent through the off-side, has Alice, today. She's cut and punched well.

    ADR!

More width from Nadine de Klerk and Alice Davidson-Richards clubs it through the off-side for four more.

She's looking more and more at home.

It's been a brilliant innings from Nat. It was a tough chance but she had a life on 17. Since then she's worked hard and has deserved her maiden Test century.

Jeremy Blackmore: Brilliant innings from Sciver but even more so in the context of 121-5 when the last wicket fell

Oh, that's harsh. Marizanne Kapp strays wide on the off-side and Anna Harris' arms stretch out wide. That is a harsh call.

She then adds a single through mid-on.

There are 12 overs left in the day.

We are used to seeing Nat Sciver being aggressive and in this innings she's had to work really hard. She had the blow with the run out of Heather Knight but she has made up for it now.

Nat Sciver picks up another single and her sixth-wicket stand with Alice Davidson-Richards is worth 155 now.

It has completely turned the game on it's head. England have some dangerous lower-order players in Sophie Ecclestone, Kate Cross and Issy Wong. Runs could come quickly with that trio.

Nat Sciver made a hundred in the World Cup final last time she batted, and now she's made her maiden Test hundred. She's rescued England.

Nat Sciver always delivers for England.

After working Marizanne Kapp for a couple and then a leg-side boundary they sprint a quick single into the covers.

There's a massive round of applause from around the ground, including from Sciver's wife and white-ball team-mate Katherine Brunt.

There's just a little smile and fist pump from Sciver.

It is her maiden Test ton and goes with her five in ODI cricket. You wouldn't bet against her joining Dawid Malan, Heather Knight and Jos Buttler in hitting a century in all three formats for England one day.

These two have spent so much time at the crease that they're able to see off the good ones and put away the bad ones. That flew off the bat!

That is a dreamy cover drive. Davidson-Richards has peppered that off-side fence.

Alice Davidson-Richards is starting to look like Jonny Bairstow out there.

Anneke Bosch offers her some width twice in the over and she climbs into the cut shot twice and the ball races away to the boundary.

    Gorgeous. She's up to 75.
