It'll take something special for Australia to get out of this now.

  3. England reviewpublished at 19.4 overs

England think they've got another to really seal it. The ball looped to short third but was it off bat or shoulder?

Wade's out - England will win! Wade knows that's it for Australia's chances.

  5. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 19.3 overs

    Wade c Stokes b Curran 21 (Aus 197-8)

Caught at deep mid-wicket! Big wicket for England. They're almost there.

Wade got a decent chunk of that pull shot but it is a long boundary and Ben Stokes was waiting. He doesn't drop those.

Australia need 12 from three balls.

  6. Aus 197-7published at 19.2 overs

    Target 209

    Precious dot ball from Curran.

It was in the slot but Wade misses out and jams it into his own foot. 12 off four.

  7. Aus 197-7published at 19.1 overs

    Target 209

Short from Curran and Wade heaves it into the gap on the leg side for four!

It's down to 12 off five balls.

  8. Aus 193-7published at 19 overs

    Target 209

Swing and a miss from Nathan Ellis to end an excellent over from Topley.

Australia need 16 from six balls. Sam Curran will bowl the last over.

  10. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 18.5 overs

    Sams c Brook b Topley 6 (Aus 193-7)

Absolutely nailed by Daniels Sams... but straight to Harry Brook at long-off!

That is a magnificent and ridiculous shot.

  12. Aus 193-6published at 18.4 overs

    Target 209

Four! Great shot from Sams, across his stumps and scoops it past short fine leg.

  13. Aus 189-6published at 18.3 overs

    Target 209

Just a single for Wade, make that 20 from nine balls.

  14. Aus 188-6published at 18.2 overs

Reece Topley will bowl the penultimate over. Just a single from the first two.

Australia need 21 from 10 balls.

  15. 6 runs

    Aus 187-6published at 18 overs

    Target 209

It was a very good over but with one swing of Matthew Wade's bat, it all changes.

Curran misses his mark and Wade swings the ball over long leg for six!

That missed run out chance looks a whole lot more costly. That obstructing the field call, too...

This is a very good over from Sam Curran.

A striker, a poacher, Sam Curran is not!

  18. Aus 178-6published at 17.3 overs

    Target 209

What a chance for Sam Curran! He nails his yorker to Wade, there is a mix-up as the two batters consider a single and Curran tries to kick the ball onto the stumps.

He misses and probably had time to pick it up and break the stumps. Wade was a long way out of his ground. The bowler clearly didn't realise how much time he had.

  19. wicket

    Warner c Hales b Wood 73 (Aus 173-6)

That one is out, nothing controversial there! It was short again from Wood, Warner went after it but had to stretch and ends up toe-ending it to Alex Hales at deep point.

The end of a fantastic knock from David Warner. This game takes another turn.

Huge wicket for England and it's Mark Wood again!
