Well, that brings an end to a pretty chaotic but incredible day of Test cricket.
Everyone was intrigued as to how 'Bazball' would fare in Pakistan, but I'm not quite sure we could've predicted 500 in a day.

"It started from the get go - 14 from the first over. It put them under pressure and they looked like they panicked a little bit. It looked like there wasn't anywhere they could bowl to those two, It was a perfect way for them to set us up for a series."
Asked if he ever thought the side would score 500 in a day, Pope said: "No, to be honest, not necessarily.
"The best thing is everyone has lived by how the two guys up top want us to play. They want us to entertain people. It is not about milestones. It is about putting on show and putting the team in a good position. The fact everyone is so happy to buy into that puts us in a really good place."

It was nice to bat like that after a tricky summer and thankfully I got a hundred today. I was trying be positive - I got lucky on a few occasions. I felt in good touch and am pleased with how I played.
"I was disappointed when I got out. I wanted a few more. I felt like I played alright in the summer at times but couldn't get that score."

It's an extraordinary display of batting. It wasn't as if they went searching for big shots. Obviously the bowling wasn't perfect but despite all that, it's an extraordinary scorecard with all four centurions playing with such certainty.
It's fantastic for Stokes and McCullum to have this score. It takes an unusual state of mind to just go for it in a strange conditions where they haven't been in so long.
England batter Ben Duckett after his maiden Test century, speaking to Sky Sports: "Very special. A pretty crazy day to be honest. I think an even crazier build-up to the Test with a lot of us ill in bed. At one point we weren't sure if we were going to get out. For me personally it is a special day, one I didn't think would come around."
On the illness in the build-up: "I didn't move from my bed all day."
On his time out of the side: "I was back at my county trying to score as many runs as I could. I felt I wasn't close to being picked. The real change was looking at this squad at the start of the summer. I went back to playing with more freedom."
On the Stokes-McCullum environment: "I don't think there will ever be a better environment to be involved in. I am sure there will be lots of cricketers desperate to be in this dressing room and I was one of them last summer. They allow you to play your game and play with freedom."

It's been a golden day for England. It's the fastest any Test team has ever reached 500.
Zak Crawley set the tone and Ben Duckett back in the side and made 107. Muhammad Ali had a bit of a nightmare in the field.
It's one of those days were it's almost impossible to encapsulate what we've seen.
Image source, Getty ImagesMust be quite funny for cricket fans checking the scores when they woke up this morning, expecting to see the day delayed because of England's illness and instead seeing 500 scored in a day.
But spare a thought for Pakistan's bowlers because that was an absolute horror show.
England white-ball captain Jos Buttler on Sky Sports speaking about Harry Brook: "You watch him bat in the nets and has a very disciplined method. Even in a T20 game, he will unfurl a perfect forward defence. He has so much game for every format. He has got it all. He loves batting as much as Joe Root."

Right, let's give you some numbers. I'm struggling to digest them myself.
England added 233 for the first wicket. Yep, 233.
Zak Crawley made 122 and Ollie Pope 108, while Ben Duckett and Harry Brook made their maiden Test centuries. Brook's came from just 80 balls, and he's unbeaten overnight.
The slowest of those four hundreds was from 104 balls, by the way.
Ben Stokes then blitzed 34 not out from 15 balls at the end.
It was absolute chaos from start to finish.
