Mohammad Rizwan has had enough. A hop and a skip and he drives Jack Leach down the ground for a one-bounce four.
Mark Wood is giving everything as he looks to snare another wicket.
He thinks he has beaten Agha Salman's defences but the Pakistan batter just gets his bat down in time.
Good, hostile fast bowling.

Ouch. Harry Brook takes evasive action as Mohammad Rizwan looks to hit a short Jack Leach delivery into the off-side and the ball smacks into his backside.
That comes with the territory in that position, unfortunately.
Brook has a smile on his face though so I think he will be fine.

Pakistan are looking to rescue themselves from a tricky situation. Bear in mind they've got a longer tail this game.
England had to be patient this morning. But the slow build-up of pressure has finally yielded rewards.
Agha Salman is the new batter and he just manages to get his bat down in time to keep out a fizzing Mark Wood delivery.
Ooh, he then goes for a wafty drive outside off stump and the ball beats the outside edge.
More encouragement for England.

100th Test wicket for Jack Leach. That was a fantastic catch from Jimmy Anderson.
Shakeel c Anderson b Leach 63 (Pak 158-4)
Saud Shakeel goes - 100 Test wickets for Jack Leach!
Shakeel had just driven Leach away for four and looked to repeat the trick, but he could only sky it towards mid-off where James Anderson took a wonderful catch on the run.

At the moment, it's a bit like an arm wrestle. Which team has got more muscle to push the other team on to the table?

Rizwan has got a big smile after playing that shot.
It was a little overpitched but it was a very nice shot.
Change of ends for Mark Wood as he comes on for Ollie Robinson.
Finally a run! Saud Shakeel clips the ball off his pads into the leg-side for a single to bring up the Pakistan 150.
Mohammad Rizwan is off the mark too! It has taken him 28 balls, but he takes advantage of an over-pitched delivery to drive gloriously through the covers.
Rizwan has a smile on his face, he will be relieved more than anything I think.

Rizwan is definitely getting a little edgy here. He likes to get moving and likes to play his shots.
Watch out for a run-out because he is getting edgy.
There's a fascinating contest going on at the moment. England sense that Mohammad Rizwan is desperate to get off the mark so they set a defensive field to cut off the ones and twos.
It worked as well - another maiden from Leach. Rizwan has now gone 25 deliveries without scoring.

That was a maiden and this run drag for Pakistan continues. That's not really a problem if you've got wickets in hand but the runs have dried up.
Ollie Robinson is varying his angles to Saud Shakeel, bowling over and around the wicket.
Another maiden, Robinson's third. He is 1-2 from five overs now.
There's a change at the other end as Jack Leach returns.

It's one of those marginal moments in a day that can make a big difference.
Ooh, umpires call - it was just clipping leg stump.
Saud Shakeel survives.
Big appeal from Mark Wood as he comes around the wicket to Saud Shakeel and smacks into his pads.
Marais Erasmus says no - but England review.
