  3. Pak 148-3published at 41 overs

Two more dots completes Ollie Robinson's fourth over.

Mohammad Rizwan has now faced 19 balls without scoring.

  4. Pak 148-3published at 40.4 overs

That's a beauty from Ollie Robinson. It is the wobble seam again that completely outfoxes Mohammad Rizwan's defences and flies through to Ollie Pope. That was almost a repeat of the Babar dismissal.

It looks like Rizwan has something in his eye so he calls for some water from the dressing room. The other players take advantage of the break to have a drink.

It's not as bright today as it was yesterday. We might have a shower or two later in the day.

  7. Pak 147-3published at 40 overs

Mark Wood is being serenaded by the Barmy Army as he comes steaming in pushing 90mph.

Just the one run off the over. Mohammad Rizwan still to get off the mark. England building up the pressure nicely.

Just to highlight the importance of that wicket, we've just had two scoring shots in the 27 balls since the fall of the wicket.

Robinson is one of the most natural bowlers I've ever seen. I was astonished he wasn't bowled yesterday.

  10. Pak 146-3published at 39 overs

Ollie Robinson is bowling superbly this morning, finding a hint of movement away from the right-handed Mohammad Rizwan.

Time for a change at the other end. Mark Wood comes into the attack for the first time this morning.

  11. Pak 145-3published at 38 overs

Ooh, Jack Leach gets one to rip and turn away from Mohammad Rizwan. That's a good delivery. The key for Leach now is landing the ball in that area consistently.

That Babar wicket has slowed down the scoring. That's three maidens in a row now. Rizwan is yet to get off the mark.

Curious logic, Alex. But if it works I'm fully on board with it.

I've gone for France actually. Well, I'd love for it to come home. I've purposely gone for France because I know I'm always wrong.

I've got a question for you Alex, is it coming home?

  15. Pak 145-3published at 37 overs

Ollie Robinson is on it this morning. He bowls a second successive maiden.

I've just seen a graphic showing Ollie Robinson's average of 19.86 is the second best for an England bowler over the last 100 years. Incredible.

The ball is 36 overs old now. Just the sort of age where it starts to do something if it's been looked after nicely.

Jonathan France: Leach not creating enough pressure here. Leaking too many boundaries and bowling too short! When the pitch is turning I’m not sure he can cope with the pressure.

  18. Pak 145-3published at 36 overs

That's a good shot from Saud Shakeel as he manages to work the ball just backward of square in the off-side for three with the final ball of Jack Leach's over.

That just releases a bit of pressure that had built up over the previous five deliveries.

It was driven nicely from Rizwan but excellent fielding from Ben Stokes at mid-off. That was going for four had Stokes not got there. England have built up some nice credit this morning.

  20. Pak 142-3published at 35 overs

Mohammad Rizwan is the new batter. He thinks he is off the mark with a straight drive, but the ball is cut off by a diving Ben Stokes at mid-off.

England are suddenly buzzing in the field.
