    Dunkley c & b Henry 34 (Eng 50-2)

OH MY WORD. WHAT A CATCH!!!

Sophia Dunkley has absolutely creamed the ball back to Chinelle Henry. It looks four all the way but Henry has stuck out a hand and clung on to one of the most remarkable caught and bowled chances you will ever see.

Henry launches the ball into the sky and screams in celebration. That was superb.

For me it was obvious there was an inside edge because of how the ball deviated onto the pad. Hayley Matthews has been persuaded into that.

Both reviews have been wasted and we know the umpiring hasn't been the best today.

  3. Not outpublished at 5 overs

There is! A thick inside edge and West Indies have burned both their reviews in the space of an over.

That could be tight. Capsey is deep in her crease.

    But is there any bat?

  5. Umpire reviewpublished at 5 overs

West Indies have gone upstairs again! It is Alice Capsey on strike this time. The ball has smacked into her pads and she is way in her crease. The umpire says no but the West Indies want another look.

This is closer than the last one, though that isn't saying much.

I get Sophia Dunkley is the key batter but that is never going to be out. It was an awful decision from the captain.

  7. Not outpublished at 4.3 overs

Not out. A complete waste of a review by Hayley Matthews.

I don't think there has been an inside edge so we are going to see the hilarity of ball tracking.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.

  10. West Indies reviewpublished at 4.3 overs

    There's optimistic and there's optimistic.

Shamilia Connell has struck Sophia Dunkley's pads way, way (WAY) outside leg stump, but West Indies have sent it upstairs anyway.

The ball wasn't even there to be lofted down the ground. Dunkley got herself into a awkward position but hit it over long-off. Wonderful shot.

  12. Eng 49-1published at 4.2 overs

This is wonderful cricket from England.

Shamilia Connell is the new bowler but Sophia Dunkley doesn't even give herself a sighter, smashing her first ball back straight over her head for four.

The next delivery is short and pulled away through square leg.

Keep going like this and this match is not going to last much longer.

I remember bowling to Alice Capsey in the first Hundred thinking "she's a 16-year-old, just bowl straight and she'll get out". She hit me for four second ball and a cocky 30-year-old was put in her place.

  14. Eng 41-1published at 4 overs

The joy from the West Indies may be short-lived as new batter Alice Capsey continues England's momentum by smashing her second ball over mid-off for four.

It is a great shot but you've got to be more cricket smart. She is trying to go straighter but just drags it a little bit too much and it is straight to the fielder.

She hit it that hard that a yard or two either side of the fielder and it probably would have been six. The opening pair have done their job though.

  16. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 3.3 overs

    Wyatt c Nation b Henry 11 (Eng 37-1)

That's just what West Indies needed.

Danni Wyatt middles another half-volley but the ball fizzes straight to Chedean Nation on the cover boundary, who holds on despite tumbling to the turf.

Chinelle Henry lets out a roar in celebration. She is delighted.

When Sophia Dunkley is playing like this she is one of the best players to watch in the world.

Sophia Dunkley is playing some wonderful shots here.

  19. Eng 36-0published at 3 overs

    Dunkley 24, Wyatt 11

Sophia Dunkley is getting better and better. She has smashed Hayley Matthews back over her head for back-to-back fours. The second shot in particular was an absolute peach, a perfectly straight bat lofting the ball dead straight and over the in-field.

The West Indies players look a little stunned.

That was a great shot. She backed herself to beat the fielder and she did despite the fact she dragged it a little bit.
