Are you just tuning into the England women's team for this World Cup?

It has been all change since their disappointing exit in the Commonwealth Games last summer.

Coach Lisa Keightley departed and she was replaced by Jon Lewis, the former England men's seamer who has been part of the men's set-up as bowling and assistant coach.

England won Lewis' first series in charge, in the West Indies in December, and have Heather Knight back from injury. Nat Sciver-Brunt is also back after her mental health break.

We should expect England to dominate. The last time these two sides met in a series they won 5-0 and in the last match they bowled them out for just 43.

However, the West Indies have a strange knack of turning up for World Cup games. They beat England in the 50-over World Cup last year. So they turn up when it matters.

England captain Heather Knight: "We will be having a lot of drinks, it is a pretty hot day.

"I was going to bat first as well. It looks a good wicket but not sure how it will play so it's not a bad thing that we can get a look first.

"There's a super vibe around the girls. We have been in South Africa for a long time getting used to conditions. We are desperate to get going and get out there.

"We take a lot of confidence from the West Indies tour but it is different conditions and they have some players back as well.

"It is going to be fun, exciting and hopefully very, very aggressive."
