That was a really impressive spell of bowling from Alice Capsey.

That was a really impressive spell of bowling from Alice Capsey.
Good over from Alice Capsey to prevent Australia gaining too much momentum, just three singles from it.
This has been a very good spell from Capsey. She's better than a part-time spinner but she's not a frontline bowler either so these are valuable, bonus overs for England.

Janet Hopper: Crossy is hero of mine but she should have held on to that catch. I think the Ecclestone one is harsh to call a drop as it was so low to her right. Oh and that Tammy Beaumont chance: she needed to grow a few inches to grasp that. It's like they caught dropsy from the men.
Two dot balls to end Sophie Ecclestone's over but an unusually expensive one from England's premier bowler.

Ash Gardner is starting to find a bit of her groove.
Yep, Ashleigh Gardner is on the charge.
The all-rounder thumps the first of three boundaries in four balls over mid-on, lofts the next over extra cover and then slaps the third - a short ball - past backward point.
Ominous signs for England.

Beth Mooney is so often the lynchpin for Australia and we know how dangerous Ash Gardner can be, so it is crucial England break this partnership quickly.
More signs that Australia might just be starting to work through the gears as Ashleigh Gardner dances down and lofts Alice Capsey over mid-on.
The ball plugs in the deep so she has to settle for two but Gardner looks to have got herself settled and is ready to launch.

England will want to keep Australia below 275 and even that could be a tall order.
Alex Blackwell
Former Australia batter on BBC Test Match Special
Australia will look to go at more than six an over here with the depth of batting they have left.
A run a ball from here gets them to the 270 mark and I think they would be happy with that.
It's not been all bad for England, though, by any means.
They've removed four of Australia's stacked batting line-up. Alice Capsey took the most recent wicket to fall, bowling Tahlia McGrath.
Not someone to give multiple chances to then...

Since the start of 2022 Beth Mooney has an average of 83.7 with a strike-rate of 99.
England can't keep missing these chances and not expect Australia to punish them.
Beth Mooney goes about doing just that by advancing again and hitting Sophie Ecclestone over extra cover for four. Top shot.
Time for drinks and the game is still delicately poised. It could be looking so much better for Heather Knight's side.
Aus 157-4
Sophie Ecclestone is back into the attack but another chance goes begging!
The ball is fired in but down the leg side by Ecclestone, potentially intentionally as she saw Beth Mooney coming.
However, Amy Jones fumbles the take and Mooney survives. The batter had pretty much given it up when the ball got past her.

England are doing a great job at strangling the scoring. There have been just three boundaries off the last 15 overs.
Ashleigh Gardner almost gets herself in trouble playing back to Alice Capsey.
No much turn but the ball does stay a little low and a leading edge saves Gardner from being plumb lbw.
England are racing through these overs with spin at both ends.
It's not Sarah Glenn's best, though, with a couple of drag-downs. Fortunately for her, Beth Mooney was only able to really punish that first ball.

England need to take those chances. You cannot afford to drop an Aussie batter, they'll make you pay. England should be way on top right now.
Adrian in Worcester
Tahlia McGrath might have departed but Beth Mooney, who was dropped on 19, is still there and pulls a long hop from Sarah Glenn away for four.
