  1. Aus 67-2published at 13 overs

    Target 286

It's suddenly a bit of a struggle for Nat Sciver-Brunt as she loses her radar, resulting in three leg-side wides and a slightly grumpy Amy Jones behind the stumps!

Eventually she does complete a nine-ball over. Finished with a bouncer.

  2. Aus 62-2published at 12.1 overs

    Target 286

Crunched through point by Ellyse Perry.

Just a hint of width from NSB but that's enough for Perry to send the ball scurrying to the fence.

I think it's the right decision, it didn't look out or feel out.

  4. Aus 57-2published at 12 overs

    Target 286

Sophie Ecclestone, Heather Knight and Amy Jones come together for a chat after the former hits Tahlia McGrath on the pad.

The Australian was on the back foot but it looked to be sliding down leg and the England trio must have come to the same conclusion. No review.

  5. Aus 56-2published at 11 overs

    Target 286

Steady stuff from Nat Sciver-Brunt, just three from the over.

Two of them come from a firm Tahlia McGrath drive. The Australia all-rounder has had a quiet series by her standards but has looked in good touch so far this afternoon.

Ecclestone will settle into her spell having two right-handers at the crease. Just on the money with every single delivery.

  8. Aus 53-2published at 10 overs

    Target 286

Very tidy over to start from Sophie Ecclestone, just a single from it.

That's the end of the powerplay and Australia have recovered after losing those two early wickets.

Spin time now, here comes Sophie Ecclestone...

In a little over 48 hours she's scored two Ashes hundreds, bowled 10 overs and travelled from Southampton to Taunton. You can forgive her for being a little tired.

Four hundreds in five innings against Australia, Nat Sciver-Brunt is a freak of nature.

  12. Aus 52-2published at 9 overs

    Target 286

Nat Sciver-Brunt, fresh from yet another ODI century, is into the attack.

She is shaping the ball nicely away from the right-handers and Ellyse Perry and Tahlia McGrath are forced to settle for singles from the over.

Australia are almost on the counter attack here. The sun has come out, the clouds have disappeared and the ball has not swung.

Lauren Bell needs to bowl tighter. She has impressed me through this series, she didn't bowl well in the Test match but none of England's bowlers did, she bowled well in the T20s and has taken three-fors in the ODIs.

  14. Aus 49-2published at 8 overs

    Target 286

Super shot. It's not that short or that wide from Lauren Bell but Tahlia McGrath hits the ball on the top of the bounce, through the covers for four more.

With a couple of wides and three singles as well, it's another productive over for Australia.

You can't bowl there to anyone, let alone Tahlia McGrath. Kate Cross has said she's not bowled her best because she's trying to swing it and let the ball do the talking.

  16. Aus 40-2published at 7 overs

Four dot balls in the Kate Cross over but eight from the over as the England seamers offers up a pair of 'hit me' deliveries to Tahlia McGrath.

Short, wide and slapped to the fence on each occasion by McGrath.

England's line and length has generally been immaculate so far in this innings.

That's the typical Ellyse Perry flick for one, but fielding like that will send it for four.

  19. Aus 32-2published at 6 overs

Oh dear. Ellyse Perry thumps an on-drive to mid-on but it should be a dot ball.

Instead, Kate Cross completely misses it as she swooped to gather and the ball goes away for four.

Lauren Bell is still all smiles - I can think of a few fast bowlers who would've reacted very differently to that!

I think it's been great to see the confidence Heather Knight has had in Lauren Bell. It's a big game today after the last over at Southampton, that last over can blow that good performance out of the way.
