  1. Aus 28-2published at 5.4 overs

    Target 286

Close! It's seam movement rather than swing that nearly does the trick for Lauren Bell this time.

The ball comes back sharply, cramping Ellyse Perry for room as she goes back to cut and the under-edge bounces just over the top of the stumps!

Alyssa Healy's average in ODI cricket is 35.6, against England it is 32.7. If you take out her 170 in the World Cup final, it brings that down to 25.8.

Here is the second Australia wicket to fall and it was the visiting skipper, Alyssa Healy. Bowled by Kate Cross' nip-backer...

  4. Aus 27-2published at 5 overs

    Target 286

Tahlia McGrath punches the ball through the covers for two before a leg-side wide extends the over.

The extra ball is guided to deep third for a single by McGrath but it's another decent over for England.

McGrath is so calm I think she might enjoy batting out there today.

  7. Aus 23-2published at 4 overs

    Target 286

Another good over from Lauren Bell, who is getting the ball to swing in nicely to the right-handers now.

Just two from it. Australia find themselves in a very similar position to England in the first innings.

Can Ellyse Perry and Tahlia McGrath do what Heather Knight and Nat Sciver-Brunt managed?

  8. Aus 21-2published at 3 overs

    Target 286

Tahlia McGrath is the new batter and tucks the last ball of the over off her pads for four.

Australia are going at seven-an-over but, with both openers already dismissed, England will still be very happy.

That was a carbon copy of what we saw with Healy's dismissal in the first ODI. Alyssa Healy has had a lean Ashes series, apart from her 50 in the second innings of the Test. She's the kind of player to hit single scores but then 170 in a World Cup final.

    Bowled her! Straight through!

Full and straight from Kate Cross, a little bit of nip back and Alyssa Healy is neither forward nor back.

The ball whistles through the gate and clatters into middle stump!

In comes one of the greatest all-rounders the game has ever seen. I reckon Perry could even open.

  12. Aus 15-1published at 2 overs

    Target 286

A leg-side wide and then a leg-stump half-volley - that is put away for four by Ellyse Perry - take a little of the sheen off but with the wicket in there as well, it's still a good over for Lauren Bell.

Wonderful bowling from Lauren Bell, she's coming around the wicket, using all her height. It extracted the outside edge of Phoebe Litchfield, it ends the Ashes for Litchfield, no fifties but plenty of potential.

    Edged and gone!

After a tough end to her last game, Lauren Bell responds brilliantly with a wicket in her first over.

It's a full ball, drawing Phoebe Litchfield forward and then swinging away to take the edge.

Sophie Ecclestone is waiting at first slip and just gets her hands underneath the ball before it goes to ground.

I actually thought Lauren Bell bowled pretty well in the last ODI. One over was just damaging.

Lauren Bell, who took three wickets in the second ODI but also went for 26 in her last over, will open up from the other end.

I think it's a par score, 300 would've been what England hoped for but it's plenty of runs, they can make that enough. England, an opportunity to win an ODI series against Australia.

  18. Aus 7-0published at 1 over

Kate Cross oversteps and the no-ball gives Alyussa Healy a chance to go after the free hit.

The opener hoicks it leg-side, not timed but it's into the gap so she gets back for two.

    Decent start for the tourists.
