Filer has been absolutely outstanding again today.
Feels like this won't last much longer.
Unfortunately for Sri Lanka, they just don't have the batting depth or probably the confidence to produce a lower-order fightback.

She couldn't resist, swung the bat and there's the edge and catch. Filer's extra pace is doing the business again for England.
Prabodhani c Jones b Filer 0 (SL 102-8)
Filer strikes again!
The extra pace does the job as Prabodhani backs away, has a flash and can only manage an edge through to a tumbling Amy Jones.
It's been very much a repeat of the game at Durham, and England are completely on top.

That was quite spectacular and it saved six.
Oh! Almost a bit of magic from Nat Sciver-Brunt as we see a rare big shot, slog-swept out to deep square leg.
Sciver-Brunt takes the catch but she's jumped high, with all her momentum going backwards, so throws it in and saves a six instead.
To be fair, I say "almost magic" - it was still a pretty special effort.

Sri Lanka's last 17 overs have produced just 46 runs. They've gone from 53-3 to 99-7.
Another full toss from Lauren Filer but Perera can only manage a single from it.
Some polite applause ripples around Northampton as Sri Lanka bring up their 100.

You dropped into conversation on the No Balls podcast that your partner had got you a ring for your birthday. I think we need clarification, Alex...
Blocking seems to be the order of the day for Prabodhani here.
Another maiden, this time from Sarah Glenn.

They're just waiting for the bad ball. They're not prepared to take any risks at all.
England are squeezing in the field and there aren't many bad balls on offer.
Thanks, Sam. It would be heck of an effort if Sri Lanka can keep England out there for another 25 overs.
Hasini Perera looks up for it though, as she crashes a full toss from Lauren Filer through the covers for four.
Halfway through the innings - or at least the allotted 50 overs - so it is time for me to hand over to Ffion Wynne.
I'd be surprised if she'll have another 25 overs to bring you...

It was a bit closer than I thought it would be. From here, I'm not sure how much more Sri Lanka can manage.
Ranasinghe lbw b Glenn 12 (SL 95-7)
Umpire's call, just clipping leg stump but that is good enough for England!
Oshadi Ranasinghe's bat was nowhere near it and although the ball turned a smidge, it wasn't enough to take it past leg.
Sri Lanka's problems increase.
Oshadi Ranasinghe misses with a sweep off Sarah Glenn and is given out lbw.
She reviews quickly but it looked a very good shout. Was there bat involved?

It was a bad ball and Sarah Glenn has done brilliantly there because it went very quickly to her.
More excellent fielding in the deep from England, this time it's Sarah Glenn racing around to make the stop at deep third.
Not Lauren Filer's best ball but it doesn't cost a boundary thanks to Glenn.
