Hopefully this isn't heading my way (to Cardiff). I've got washing on the line.

We say biblical rain all summer, this is as heavy as anything I have seen all summer.
And a downpour follows the wicket.
It is absolutely pouring down, with a heavy breeze that is making it rather tricky for the ground staff to get the covers on.

Dennis Ethan: Ben Duckett gets his deserved century from 72 balls. Well done.
Conrad Davies: Ben Duckett has turned himself into an absolutely superb international cricketer, I thought he would have been close to being in the World Cup squad. Outstanding fielder too! Regards, Conrad in Krakow.
Steve L: Is 500 on here?

Hain can only hit a flat-batted shot on one leg straight to mid-on and it is a pretty straight forward catch.

Hain will be frustrated, he was trying to get things moving forward.
Hain c Van Woerkom b Young 17 (Eng 280-4)
Craig Young gets away with the free hit, and then strikes with the last ball of his over!
Sam Hain tries to force things along, having understandably been playing the anchor role to Duckett's flamboyance.
He tries to hit down the ground again but picks out Theo van Woerkom, who takes a simple catch at mid-on.
Ireland's woes continue.
Craig Young's first ball is slapped for four by Duckett, before he sends down a front foot no-ball and the fielder Andrew Balbirnie injures himself in the process.
He gets some treatment, and is thankfully fine to stay out there.
He really has had a great summer in an England shirt.

It's been an excellent innings, it took a time for him to get his eye in. Assess the wicket, assess his options and then he really started to get going. A really good end to a really good summer for Ben Duckett. He has showed that he will be one of the next one or two batters to come in should there be any injuries.

A brilliant shot from Ben Duckett and he reaches three figures! A first ODI hundred for Duckett, he played so well in the Ashes and now he's staking his claim as someone who can do the business in shorter forms of the game.
Eng 272-3
Wow! What a way to reach your first ODI century, as Ben Duckett slaps the spin of George Dockrell over long-off for six!
A remarkable innings from 72 balls, including 11 fours and two sixes.
In the air... but safe!
Sam Hain charges at Craig Young but the bowler reacts well, dragging it shorter and drawing a miscue.
It flies towards deep mid-wicket but safely in front of the fielder. Another tidy over from Young, whose figures of 2-23 from six overs are pretty remarkable given the carnage we've seen elsewhere.
England's other Test opener did alright earlier, too.
George Dockrell is playing a lone hand at the moment, being the only bowler that has been able to stem the flow of runs.
Just another five off his second over, as Duckett moves to 90.
The flurry of boundaries has taken Duckett to 88 from just 62 balls.
Here's how he reached his half-century earlier.
The boundary-less overs come to an end rather abruptly and in quite brutal style as Ben Duckett whacks four fours in the over.
He firstly nails a sweep to dissect both fielders out on the leg side, which forces Theo van Woerkom to change his line by going wider outside off stump, but Duckett slaps it for four.
He then clatters another through the covers, before Mark Adair injures himself by unsuccessfully trying to save the fourth at long-off.
Cheers, Tim.
And it's very kind of England to play out a boundary-less over for me to get settled in.
We haven't had many of them, as you can probably tell by looking at the current score.
That completes another over for Theo van Woerkom. He only bowls between the hours of 9 to 5. That's a way to make a living.
Terrible pun, apologies.
I'll leave you in the capable hands of Ffion Wynne to guide you through the next 25 overs of England's innings.

I reckon that's taken out one of the burger vans!
