This really does feel like old school one-day cricket at the moment.
India recover from 2-3 to win by six wickets
Kohli (85) & Rahul put on 165 for fourth wicket
Marsh drops Kohli on 12
Australia struggle on slow, turning pitch - slumping to 199 all out
Warner (41) & Smith (46) top-score but lack fluency
Jadeja (3-28), Kuldeep (2-42) & Bumrah (2-35) star with the ball
Tom Mallows and Mike Peter

This really does feel like old school one-day cricket at the moment.
Ravindra Jadeja very nearly gets a wicket as Steve Smith miscues a drive that lands just short of the fielder running in from long-off.
Smith's expression said it all, the Aussie batter looked very worried momentarily but he gets away with it and runs a single.

I think Australia will be fairly happy with where they are. They will be thinking about getting to 30 or 35 overs then going through the gears.
Thanks, Mike.
This is fairly turgid stuff from Australia. There is some method in the madness, though. It looks a tricky pitch in swelteringly hot conditions. So they are taking a safety first approach in these middle overs to preserve wickets, before a late dash to get up to a defendable total.
The hundred is finally up for Australia as Labuschagne clips Kuldeep - back in the attack after a one over break - for two to deep square.
That certainly took a while. Hopefully Tom Mallows will have more to tell you about, he'll take you through to the close of this innings.
It's hot, sweaty work out there...
Labuschagne takes a leg-bye off the bowling of Jadeja - that's the first extras of the match for Australia, with India running a tight ship.
Seam for the first time in a while as Mohamed Siraj returns to the attack in place of Kuldeep.
Forget fours, for the first time since the ninth over we've the Australian batters running anything more than a single as Smith takes two behind square.
A single run for Steve Smith off the bowling of Ravindra Jadeja, pushing to long-off.
Australia really need to press on soon, we've had two fours since the 11th over.
Kuldeep, tousle-haired, sends down another excellent over of left-arm spin.
There's a reasonable breeze in Chennai, you can see the flags rippling through the gaps in the stands.
A four! The first in five overs, as Labuschagne manoeuvres new bowler Ravindra Jadeja through fine leg, beating a despairing Ravi Ashwin.
42 runs off the last 10 overs.

Australia going at four an over, a real throwback. Feels like they will meander up to 250 at this point.
Kuldeep Yadav is doing his bit at the other end, conceding just a single as Labuschagne pushes to square leg.
Still plenty of time in this innings, but at what point do Australia panicking a bit? They might have to force something soon.
I'm running out of ways to describe another over of tight bowling from Ravi Ashwin.
Just two runs from the over as he continues to strangle this Australian line-up. A sharp ball beats the bat of Smith.
Marnus Labuschagne ventures to the crease at number four for Australia. Like Ashwin, he was a late addition to his side's World Cup squad, coming in for the injured Ashton Agar.
He fends away Kuldeep's last three deliveries without scoring.

That wicket is just reward for the pressure built up between Ravichandran Ashwin and Kuldeep Yadav. It forced that shot from David Warner.
The tempo had been missing. Australia needed something but when Warner tried to up the ante he lost his wicket.
Warner c & b Kuldeep 41 (Ind 74-2)
The pressure got to him!
Australia had hit just two boundaries since the end of the powerplay and David Warner was clearly getting the itch.
It's a tame dismissal, chipping the ball back to Kuldeep off the bottom end of the bat.
Ravi Ashwin continues to be parsimonious after the drinks break.
The Australian batters exchange singles before the spinner bowls four dots on the trot.
Pressure building here?
Warner breaks a run of three dots balls by turning Kuldeep Yadav round for four runs through fine leg.
We'll take a drinks break. The subs are bringing out chairs and a parasol for the batters - we saw this in the South Africa v Sri Lanka match yesterday, so it might be a feature of this tournament.

This is a very important part of the game. The approach to the middle overs has changed over the years. You can no longer go at three an over and then up the ante after the 35th over. You have to keep going at sixes at a minimum.
