Australia are imploding rather than exploding tonight.
Australia bowled out for 177 to lose by 134 runs - heaviest World Cup defeat by runs
Stoinis given out caught behind on review but ball appeared to flick glove that was off the bat
Smith given out lbw on review - batter felt ball was missing leg stump
South Africa post 311-7 - De Kock 109 (106), Markram 56 (43); Maxwell 2-34
De Kock hits second century in as many matches
Sloppy Australia drop five catches, with Zampa also failing to get to chance

Australia are imploding rather than exploding tonight.
Right then, let's have a look at some of the wickets to fall - some are most straightforward than others.
David Warner was caught off Lungi Ngidi, Josh Inglis was castled by Kagiso Rabada and Glenn Maxwell chipped a return catch to Keshav Maharaj.
Then there was Steve Smith. Given out lbw, somewhat controversially, off Rabada after a review.
Not the most controversial wicket to fall, mind. We'll have the Marcus Stoinis wicket for you shortly.
Target 312
After Mitchell Starc clips the first ball of Kagiso Rabada's over for four, the South Africa seamer over-steps and is called for a no-ball.
The free hit doesn't prove too costly though as Marnus Labuschagne hits it straight up in the air and Rabada takes the catch. Just a single.

It has been a strange evening with a couple of interesting decisions. Kagiso Rabada is bowling beautifully. I love watching him bowl. So I've been quite happy.

Don't understand the Aussies's complaints at reviews... only too happy to accept reviews which go their way.
John, Devon
Target 312
South Africa spinner Keshav Maharaj is doing his bit to help their over-rate and is quickly through another one for the cost of two singles.
It's Mitchell Starc out there with Marnus Labuschagne now.
Australia's lowest ever total score in a World Cup match is 129 against India in 1983.

ZS-NV: Haven't seen this much complaining from the Aussies since The Ashes!
Target 312
We haven't heard the end of that one. I suppose the only 'positive' is that it has come in a game that South Africa were already in complete control of.
In a closer match, there would surely have been far more complaints from Australia.
Looking at the replays, the hand was definitely off the bat. The only other thing it could have hit was the bat handle and that didn't match up with the spike on UltraEdge.
You can question the Steve Smith decision but this one just looks to be an error, third umpire Richard Kettleborough's explanation was that he thought the two gloves were in contact.
However, the split-screen showed that that wasn't the case.

It looked very close to the bat, but his hand was off the bat. However, Temba Bavuma isn't moved to withdraw the appeal.
Stoinis c De Kock b Rabada 5 (Aus 70-6)
Well, this is all very interesting. There is a spike on UltraEdge and it's been given out.
But the spike appeared to be from the ball hitting the glove that was off the bat handle, which should be not out.
After discussions with both umpires and Temba Bavuma, Marcus Stoinis has to walk off.
No issue with the catch from Quinton de Kock but that's irrelevant if the glove was off the bat. It was close to it but it did seem to be away from it.
More controversy.

All of the South Africans appeal, but Quinton de Kock shrugs his shoulders. However, Temba Bavuma thinks all the luck is going their way so why not review.
Has Kagiso Rabada got another one?
Marcus Stoinis fiddles at one and Quinton de Kock takes it down the leg side.
Temba Bavuma calls for a review.
Target 312
I think England and Pakistan would both have something to say about that, Steve. It's still very early days.
Meanwhile, Marcus Stoinis is the new batter and gets off the mark first ball with a thick edge that gets past backward point and runs away to the boundary.
Keshav Maharaj then ends the set with one that rips past Marnus Labuschagne.

Already it would appear that NZ, India and South Africa are miles ahead of everyone else and look nailed on to be in the top 4.

Keshav Maharaj's praying celebration is a dedication to his grandmother who passed away a couple of years ago. He spent a little longer on it there, because obviously this is a country of his heritage.

Australia are five down and have nowhere to go from here.
Maxwell c & b Maharaj 3 (Aus 65-5)
Another one goes!
Tossed up by Keshav Maharaj and Glenn Maxwell gets a leading edge as he tries to work the ball to leg.
It loops up nicely for Maharaj to take simple catch. Australia are fading fast.
Target 312
Marnus Labuschagne got that fortuitous boundary but he can barely lay a bat on Kagiso Rabada for the remainder of the over.
This is just a brilliant spell from the South Africa fast bowler.
