I'm sure South Africa are aware of all the talk around their struggles chasing. They'll be in for a good test today if Shadab Khan and Saud Shakeel keep going at this rate.

This is exactly the tempo you want to see in the middle overs. The execution was good.
If he didn't like the first boundary, Coetzee certainly won't enjoy Saud Shakeel's swivelly-ramp-scoop type thing that brings him four more.
Great innovation, and Pakistan continue to charge.

This is why Shadab Khan would have played instead of Usama Mir because of his ability with the bat.
Hello! Shadab Khan looks in wonderful touch here. He flicks Gerald Coetzee with proper authority through mid-wicket and to the boundary.
The fast bowler isn't enjoying this onslaught. Expect a bit of short stuff.

Given South Africa's struggles to chase, 275 could be a good score.
Very good over from Lungi Ngidi given the way that the runs have been flowing recently.
Just three singles from the over, bringing up Pakistan's 200 in the process.
That was an expensive over but I've been pretty impressed by Gerald Coetzee in this World Cup.
A good find for South Africa.

He hit this short ball, similar to where Rizwan would've nicked this, just outside the line. Almost slap it rather than a hook over mid-wicket.
Coetzee goes short, perhaps in frustration, and Saud Shakeel slaps it over mid-wicket for four more.
Good acceleration for Pakistan at the moment.
An entertaining partnership between these two currently stands at 53.

A little bit of panache, bang, real composure in the shot, balance and I love the flair at the end.
Saud Shakeel is getting into his work now. He plays a lovely flick off his pads for four more off the returning Gerald Coetzee.
Proper flair in that and holding the pose as well. Class.

It is turning into a nice evening, the crowd is almost full. Everyone has the cards to show four or six, but at the minute, everyone is using them to cool themselves down.
Oh, glorious. Saud Shakeel has been pretty quiet so far but gives himself some room, and drives Keshav Maharaj up and over cover for four more.
Shadab takes a break at the end of the over for a drink and for the physio to shake out his legs. It is very warm out there.
Another good over for Pakistan, nine from it. They're setting a decent platform for a big finish here.

You can tell Shadab wants to access that area. It is good batting again, not much risk involved.
Again!
Great shot from Shadab, this time lofting the ball with a bit more elegance over long-off.

Good batting from Shadab Khan. As soon as it was dropped short, he pounced onto it.
Here we go!
Shadab launches Maharaj into the stands as the spinner drops too short again. A useful over for Pakistan, 12 coming from it.
