You have to give Babar Azam points for captaincy with the wicket of Hasan Miraz. He's enticed that shot by having mid-on and mid-off in the circle.

For the dismissal of Taskin Ahmed you can see the seam position has made it tail away from the left-hander and into the stumps. It's delivered at high pace as well.

Brilliant bowling from Mohammad Wasim as he continues to move the ball away from the left-handers.

Shoriful Islam survives through and it'll be over to Shaheen Afridi to try and finish off the innings.

Pakistan are going bang, bang, bang. A telling over this, which could be the difference. That was a lovely reverse swinging delivery from Mohammad Wasim which has cleaned up Taskin Ahmed.

    Taskin b Wasim 6 (Ban 201-9)

Two in three balls for Mohammad Wasim!

It's the yorker and it's far too quick for Taskin Ahmed, fizzing past him and cannoning into off stump.

Quick bowling with reverse swing. This could be over very quickly.

He's had a bit of a swipe and that's quite a big wicket as far as this game is concerned. If Hasan Miraz had hung round then 230 or 235 would be possible. He's gone for glory and lost his off stump.

  6. wicket

    Hasan Miraz b Wasim 25 (Ban 200-8)

    Off stump flattened!

It's a wild leg-side hack from Mehidy Hasan Miraz and the full ball from Mohammad Wasim tails in ever so slightly to hit the top of off.

Eight down, two to go for Pakistan.

  7. Ban 200-7published at 43 overs

Shaheen Afridi is back into the attack and he's getting some reverse swing.

Not what Bangladesh's lower order want to see.

There's a big appeal for caught behind down the leg side to start the over, Shaheen wants to review but is talked down. The ball flicked Taskin Ahmed's pad.

Just two from the over, a leg bye and a single for Mehidy Hasan Miraz.

Here is the crucial wicket of Shakib Al Hasan. The Bangladesh skipper was just starting to get into his stride before falling to Haris Rauf...

Usama Mir finishes with three dot balls and, with eight overs remaining, it is going to be pace all the way for Pakistan for the rest of the innings...

A beautiful shot from Hasan Miraz. He didn't need to hit it too hard. However, there is an opportunity here for Pakistan to run through Bangladesh's lower order.

  11. Ban 198-7published at 41.3 overs

Flighted delivery from Usama Mir and it's in the slot.

Far too easy for Mehidy Hasan Miraz to hit up and over extra cover for four.

This is Mir's last over but should Babar Azam have turned to his seamers with just three wickets left to take?

  12. Ban 191-7published at 41 overs

Very good over from Iftikhar Ahmed and he's done, taking 1-44 from his 10 overs.

The Bangladesh pair were keen to rotate the strike, always looking for the quick single and collecting three of them in the over.

    Thanks, Tom.

We are indeed into the last 10 overs of the innings and Bangladesh have got a job on their hands to get up to something resembling a competitive total.

We are now into the final 10 overs of the innings, which means it is time for me to take a break.

Here is Sam Drury to guide you through to the interval and beyond.

  15. Ban 188-7published at 40 overs

Taskin Ahmed is the new batter and very nearly gets a boundary with a flick off the pads, but some fine fielding on the rope by Mohammad Wasim limits him to just two.

Taskin then plays a lovely cover drive to the rope for a single. That was the shot of an upper-order player not a number nine.

Well bowled Haris Rauf. He's bowled fast and had a real impact. This is what Babar Azam would be expecting from Rauf when he comes on - fast and scary bowling to halt Bangladesh's momentum.

  18. wicket

    Shakib c Salman b Rauf 43 (Ban 185-7)

Shakib Al Hasan's work is done.

Haris Rauf dropped his length back slighlty and lured Shakib into the pull, but Rauf's extra pace means Shakib cannot get on top of it and can only top-edge the ball to Agha Salman at mid-wicket.

A big wicket for Pakistan just as Bangladesh were gaining some momentum.

Shakib Al Hasan's shirt is completely sodden with sweat, like those troublesome Aston Villa kits. He still has some work to do though if he is to help Bangladesh up to a competitive total.

He nudges the ball behind square for a single to move to 42 from 62 deliveries.
