The last couple of overs, Kohli has just started to accelerate.
Yep, he's in the mood. Drilled for four more through the covers, and Kohli is up to 36 in some style.

Slower ball from Logan van Beek and Kohli was onto it in a flash.

Terrific shot, That classical wristy flick through mid-wicket that Virat Kohli often plays. Dispatched for six.
The noise!
Virat Kohli, after some early jitters, is in full flow. He flicks Logan van Beek with flair and swagger for six, before whacking the next ball firmly down the ground for four.
Ominous.
Rohit Sharma threw his wicket away somewhat, but Netherlands have taken two brilliant catches to remove both openers.

Virat Kohli has been bogged down ever so slightly but he hammers that one for four.
With square leg up inside the ring, it's a simple and effective shot to play.
Thanks, Tim - although I'm not sure what you're implying there. I can confirm that I've had a latte and a smoothie to start my day, thank you.
Aryan Dutt is back on after a costly start, and Virat Kohli takes a cautious look at two dot balls before expansively sweeping the third for another boundary.
The Netherlands are making a decent fist of this after India's blitz of boundaries.
Someone with plenty of Dutch courage is Ffion Wynne, and she will talk you through the next phase of play.

That world record total is not implausible but it's not looking likely at the moment. It stands at 498.
But that Shreyas boundary again wasn't really timed which suggests the ball might just be stopping in the pitch.
India content to play low-risk cricket now as they rebuild following the loss of Rohit Sharma as Bas de Leede continues to probe.
Shreyas Iyer, breaks the shackles with a flick through mid-on from De Leede's fourth ball. It was in the air for a while but beats the fielder.

You sense Rohit realised this was not his fluent best and changed gears and didn't go quite as hard.
The camera cuts to Tim de Leede and he is grinning like a Cheshire Cat - or whatever the Dutch equivalent of that is.
Tim, of course, snared the wicket of Sachin Tendulkar at the 2003 World Cup. How Bas would love to match that by bagging Virat Kohli today.
Aryan Dutt with a tight over. Just three from it.

Rohit didn't quite get hold of it. He got the elevation but he didn't get the distance.
A good pace off ball and Rohit was through the shot.
Rohit c Barresi b De Leede 61 (Ind 129-2)
Rohit Sharma heaves Bas de Leede towards cow corner but with the field now set back after the powerplay there is a fielder under this.
Wesley Barresi gets himself round and claims the catch.
That will have pleased Bas' father Tim, the former Netherlands all-rounder, who is watching on in the stands.

Beautifully flicked away by Kohli. Played with stylish aplomb.
Virat Kohli gets himself up and running by whipping Bas de Leede to square leg for four. That will ease his nerves a bit.
Here's the only wicket to fall so far today - thanks to some brilliant footwork from Teja Nidamanuru,
A future as the lead in the Nutcracker Suite awaits.

The format of this tournament does make sure the four best teams get to the semi-finals, which is what you want.
Although there have been complaints that it has been going on for about two years now...
After a boundary laden start from India, the Dutch have fought back well.
Drinks.

It certainly would mean a lot more to Virat Kohli if he made his record hundred in a knockout game.
His record in knockout games in ICC tournaments is not great and that's something he'll want to correct.
