Yes, you will be the disliked house on the street if you don't return the Christmas card. I know you don't have plan but you need to respect and protect the neighbour's faith, interest and spirit into the festive season of Christmas!

Tammy Beaumont and Nat Sciver-Brunt have put on 39 for the third wicket so far.

But it has been a fairly one-sided partnership with NSB scoring freely and Beaumont really struggling to get going.

The opener is still there, though, and that is half the battle. England will hope she can stay out there for a long while yet.

It's been a gripping morning session, neither team really dominating proceedings but at the same time, both will go to lunch pretty happy.

India will be happy with two wickets, including the captain Heather Knight, and their energy and commitment with ball and in the field - which is often an area of weakness for them - has been impressive.

For England, this is the key partnership between Sciver-Brunt and Beaumont and they'll be delighted that it is still intact. If they are going to catch up with India's 428, these two are going to have to score most of them.

The form of Sophia Dunkley is a bit of a worry for England. She scored 21 runs across the three T20s and fell for 11 today and in each of those games, she has been out to Renuka Singh Thakur.

Thanks, Matt. Second in the family is probably a stretch, to be honest!

Anyway, that was a very entertaining morning session which is always a relief when you're up in the small hours.

A snoozefest can become quite literal otherwise. Even for live texters. Trust me. (Mentioning no names.)

Anyway, here's Sam Drury - the second most famous person in his family.

He'll take you through the afternoon session.

England wrapped up India's innings in 10.3 overs early in that session. They took the last three wickets for just 18 runs.

It has been a struggle since, however. Only Nat Sciver-Brunt has shown form with the bat.

Sophia Dunkley was bowled by an inswinger and captain Heather Knight pinned in front.

That review is the last meaningful action of the session.

It has been an entertaining two hours of cricket.

    They're going to be disappointed.

Beaumont has whacked this into the ground.

    Drama.

India think Tammy Beaumont has been caught at slip off Vastrakar's seam. Beaumont thinks she has hit the ball into the ground.

This is the last over before lunch too.

Nat Sciver-Brunt moves into the 30s at better than a run a ball as left-armer Rajeshwari Gayakwad serves up a pie. That's Sciver-Brunt's sixth boundary already.

Later in the over the India fielders scream in anticipation as Sciver-Brunt chips a drive in the air. The fielder at mid-off looked in the game for a while but cannot get across to take the catch.

Anyway, back to Christmas card etiquette before I leave you during the lunch break... we moved house recently and got a card from the neighbours yesterday. We weren't planning on doing cards. Will we be the disliked house on the street if we don't return?

Looking forward to big scores from Tammy, Danni and Nat today. Come on England!

At the moment Nat Sciver-Brunt looks keen on scoring the 300-odd runs needed to keep England in the game on her own. While Tammy Beaumont struggles to get going at the other end, NSB makes batting look a breeze with another back foot fence that cannot be stopped by the diving fielders.

Umpire's call on impact! Enough of the ball has hit Tammy Beaumont outside off stump. She survives by a slither.

Christmas card etiquette is going to have to wait.

India fancy another lbw shout against Tammy Beaumont. Was there an inside edge?

Left-arm spinner Rajeshwari Gayakwad is on with Tammy Beaumont coming forward carefully in defence. It's a good over with only two runs coming from it.

I have a question about Christmas card etiquette I want your opinion on...

Australia have been bowled out for 487 on day two of the first Test against Pakistan in Perth.

Seamer Aamer Jamal took the last two wickets and finished with 6-111 on debut.

There was no century for Mitchell Marsh, though. He was bowled for 90 by Khurram Shahzad, another debutant, from the first ball of the afternoon session.
