  1. Pak 107-4published at 16 overs

70 runs needed from 24 balls

Earlier in the over, Dar had swept Ecclestone for four, but the England spinner finishes this set of six with three dot balls.

That required run rate looks even more daunting. Pakistan need 17 and a half an over.

  2. Not outpublished at 15.4 overs

Nope, looked it was going down leg and it was.

  3. Umpire reviewpublished at 15.4 overs

England bring back Sophie Ecclestone to try and break this burgeoning partnership.

She thinks she has Nida Dar lbw, the umpire isn't interested but the hosts are sending it upstairs...

I would like to see Nida Dar get to at least 60 to give her some confidence ahead of the ODI, especially as a new captain and what could be a clean sweep for England.

  5. Pak 102-4published at 15 overs

75 runs needed from 30 balls

Nida Dar gets in on the action, easing Dani Gibson's delivery through third for four.

The England all-rounder then sends down a leg-side wide to bring up Pakistan's hundred. Meanwhile the two batters work singles around Dar's boundary - they've added ten more to their total.

This is the thing between Filer and Bell, fighting it out for the starting spot, but it will come down to consistency.

  7. Pak 92-4published at 14 overs

Can Aliya Riaz fire Pakistan back into contention?

She picks up a full delivery from Lauren Filer perfecting, sending the ball scorching across the covers grass - I'm surprised she hasn't singed it.

She follows that up with a classy stand and deliver shot down the ground for four more.

    12 from the over.

Pakistan's worm has flatlined. England look to have this in the bag now. Winviz is 99%-1% in favour of the hosts.

  9. Pak 80-4published at 13 overs

Woops! Aliya Riaz fires Sarah Glenn's first delivery towards Alice Capsey at point, who lets the ball slip through for four.

Glenn then goes up for an lbw shout against Nida Dar, but Heather Knight isn't interested - rightly, I think, seems like there's some bat involved.

  10. Pak 74-4published at 12 overs

In comes Aliya Riaz, who top-scored for Pakistan with 19 at Northampton.

She gets off the mark with a single down to third.

That was previously one of our plans last time we played Pakistan - the short ball was the wicket taking ball. They've utilised it very nicely, the ball came at Shamas quicker than she expected, she didn't quite expect that steep bounce.

  12. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 11.4 overs

    Shamas c Jones b Filer 6 (Pak 73-4)

I think we can call this a collapse now.

From 60-0, Pakistan slip to 73-4 in just 16 deliveries either side of the drinks break.

A bouncer from Lauren Filer and Sadaf Shamas top edges for an easy catch for Amy Jones behind the stumps.

That was delicious, gorgeous and it was on her left, she doesn't like to catch from her left, she's done her mate a favour, turned a boundary into a wicket ball, that's why I absolutely love our fielders.

  14. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 11 overs

    Ali c Wyatt b Gibson 3 (Pak 69-3)

    Take!

Muneeba Ali stretches at a wide-ish delivery from Dani Gibson and Danni Wyatt snaffles the catch at point, diving to her left.

Just two runs from the over.

    Thanks Tom.

England was 69-2 at this stage, so both teams have fared similarly in the opening 10. But the hosts crashed a further 107 runs from the second half of their innings, have Pakistan got that in them?

At Northampton on Friday, both sides scored 66 from their first 10, but England ultimately won by 65 runs.

  16. Pak 67-2published at 10 overs

    Target 177

We have reached the halfway stage of the innings already.

It has been a brilliant match so far. Pakistan made a flying start with the bat but have been pegged back with that quickfire double from England.

    Can they regain their momentum?

Here is Mike Peter to guide you through the final 10.

Honestly I'm going to bang my head against this wall, I'll keep banging on about it, how can this happen?

They've both got out to the sweep shot, what I've just said they shouldn't be doing, I hope someone from the Pakistan team is listening to me, I'd like to look at the stats from this series and see how many times they've almost got out from a sweep.

  18. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 9.3 overs

    Gull Feroza c Filer b Dean 30 (Pak 64-2)

And now Gull Feroza has gone!

It is another pretty loose sweep-shot and the ball has looped up to Lauren Filer at short backward square for a routine catch.

England are back in this in the blink of an eye.

She's just done what exactly I said they shouldn't do, made a silly decision. This is a team that may play the sweep shot 60% of the game, but you really need to think about that here, they've lost 60% of their team to sweep shots over the past two games, there's a time and a place for it.

  20. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 9 overs

Sidra Ameen lbw b Ecclestone 26 (Pak 60-1)

    Sophie Ecclestone makes the breakthrough!

Sidra Ameen plants the front foot and attempts the sweep, but the ball escapes through and thuds into the pads.

Ameen thinks about the review before walking off - but the replay shows she had gloved it!
