Wyatt looks really good, she's cleared a few nice shots.
Waheeda Akhtar continues to struggle with her line - bowling two wides down leg side - and is only spared a third as Nat Sciver-Brunt failed with an attempted sweep-shot.
Waheeda then over-compensates and bowls full and wide outside off, with Danni Wyatt clattering the ball towards the fielder on the point boundary for two to bring up the England 50.
More hesitant running from England as Nat Sciver-Brunt sets off from the non-striker's end, before quickly changing her mind and diving back into her crease as the throw came in.
Sciver-Brunt is comfortably home but landed heavily on her knee, so gets up rather gingerly.
Indeed she did. Danni Wyatt, who never looked remotely worried, survives.
Fatima Sana thinks she has trapped Danni Wyatt lbw - but Wyatt instantly reviews.
That's usually a sign - did she get an inside edge?
Four off the rest of the over means England reach 40-1 at the end of the powerplay. Pakistan deserved that wicket even if it arrived in fortuitous circumstances.
Nat Sciver-Brunt, who slotted straight back into the team with a handy 31 from 21 balls in the second T20, is the new batter.

That’s made me feel sick. This is obviously a problem now, hitting the ball well and just running. Bouchier watched the ball roll the whole way and didn’t look at Danni Wyatt once.
Bouchier run out 8 (Eng 36-1)
Another disastrous run out!
Maia Bouchier smashes the ball straight to point and immediately sets off for a single. Danni Wyatt is understandably unmoved and by the time Bouchier turned and ran back to her crease the bails had been whipped off.

That is not what Fatima needed to end a really good over, she needed an extra bit of effort from her fielders, I know that extra bit of effort doesn't come naturally to some of these Pakistan players, but sometimes they need to be willing to dive on the ball.
Frustration for new bowler Fatima Sana!
She restricts England to just a single from her first five deliveries, but her sixth is clattered through the covers for four.

We’ve just had a Viking Thunderclap from the crowd in the Leeds sunshine.

I'm a really big fan of Sadia Iqbal, she manages her own field, takes ownership, every bowl is different, she's clearly done her homework on these players as well.
That's a much better over from England
Sadia Iqbal comes into the attack and England work the left-armer around the square for four singles and a two.
Maia Bouchier and Danni Wyatt look a little hot and bothered at the end of the over. All that running in this weather can't be easy.

They are very good at running between the wickets, sometimes Wyatt's too quick and her partner isn't ready.
Danni Wyatt pours salt into the wounds two balls later by clattering the ball away for another boundary.
Maia Bouchier then attempts a rather risky single with a push towards extra cover, but the shy at the stumps is off target. A direct hit and Bouchier could have been in trouble.
Looking at the score and England have made a solid start, but there is a slight chaotic edge to it.

That extra bit of swing took Danni Wyatt by surprise, that has been her weak spot over the past few years.
Just as I say that - Danni Wyatt should be on her way!
She is outfoxed by a swinging delivery outside off that drifts away and catches the outside edge - but a diving wicketkeeper Muneeba Ali puts it down one-handed.
A huge let-off for England.
After the big build-up Waheeda Akhtar's first ball drifts down leg for a wide.
Danni Wyatt then shows some aggressive intent by charging down the track sweeping the ball across the line and away for four.
Nothing wrong with that shot, though. Wyatt smashes the ball over the covers to make it back-to-back boundaries.
Wyatt looks in the mood.

Waheeda Akhtar has been the discovery of the tour so far for Pakistan.
A watchful start from England as Maia Bouchier and Danni Wyatt push for two singles each in the opening over.
It looks a good track though so I expect they will accelerate shortly.
Waheeda Akhtar will open the bowling at the other end.
